− Construction side right outside, so very loud and also hard to find from the outside

+ Furnished with modern gadgets and kitchenette. Brand new and clean.

− Location is difficult for a first timer. Security of the building is unwelcoming and grumpy.

Great stay near Republic Square

+ The hotel is very close to Republic Square, it is on the 16th floor of a residential building. The breakfast options that you can order in the room are very good. Preferably, you should order the evening before. The staff is very friendly and it is great that the reception is always open.

− The area is a little bit awkward, especially during the night, as the entrance is from a backyard. Some napkins for breakfast would be lovely.

+ It’s newly built with super cool facilities. Staff very helpful and always willing to try to make things better. It is very close to a park with biggest playground in the city and lots of options to eat and buy groceries just outside the park.

− When neighbors talk loudly, can hear everything. So need to have luck not to be next to people who don’t sleep until early morning.

− I came early in the morning and there was no water. It would've been nice to have water after a long flight but it was off for an hour.

+ It was noisy, there was construction of new buildings around, they worked even on Sunday, but this was temporary.

− The hotel is new, everything is clean, the staff is wonderful! Breakfast can be ordered in your room. The view from our window was stunning!

It was very clean, and the receptionist at night was very helpful.

+ The reception staff at night was very polite and helpful with the early check-in.
