Sundance Suites Hotel

− They were very rude , they didn’t provide the room that we actually wanted , despite we made the reservation one month ago , the manager was so rude , when we want to cancel it they made us pay the first day even though we didn’t stay and used it , and also the hotel is extremely old , and was dirty .

All Good

+ Silence!

− From Booking

+ Breakfast was OK. Pool and beach area where ok. Nice walk into main town.

− Broken tiles on the outside of the building. Key card didn't work on our door most of the time, had to keep changing it at reception. Toilet flushed continuously. Old beds and umbrellas on the beach.

− Arrived 9.30pm. Hotel locked. Eventually given access by off site non english speaking man. No food or drink available. Room very poorly equipped. Bookings. com should not advertise this hotel

+ Massive rooms and beach views

+ The hotel would have been nice if it wasn't all packed up and had available facilities.

− When booking the hotel there was no information on Bookings or their website about no facilities being available due to time of year. The excuse was they had closed down everything for winter, but not only was it still tourist season, all other surrounding hotels had full services for guests. We approached the manager and wrote directly to hotel with no response. Also the staff would smoke right under the rooms, so we would have to close doors to the balcony.

The peaceful location, precious room, and friendly staff made our time here truly pleasant.

+ The breakfast was amazing, even better than we expected! The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s a bit far from the city, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. We were able to rest, unwind, and truly enjoy our holiday.

− Overall, the staff were kind and helpful. However, the reception service could be improved. It would be nice to have at least one English-speaking staff member, as the hotel welcomes international guests.

Totally disappointed was not adequate for a weeks relaxing holiday as we were expecting

+ The breakfast was satisfactory

− Everything was closed there was no bar open nowhere to get a drink & relax & the pool areas were filthy

+ We arrived at 11pm . Staff at the desk were helpful with getting us taken out as their restaurant was closed.
