Brilliant value for money stay

+ Local hotel, short walking distance to the beach. I had bungalow which was very nice and cosy and outside area was like a jungle which was very nice. Good WiFi. Food was good. Similar food on daily basis but overall it was nice and I can always something to eat. Staff were nice and pleasant. Used spa and prices were very good comparing to outside Side area and the masseur was brilliant. Overall it was a really pleasant stay and I would stay there again. Also to mention have to remember this is 3 star hotel and for the price we paid this is brilliant hotel and can’t compare with 5 star hotel. I have moved to different area 5 star hotel and it is more luxurious but I still prefer Sunberk hotel as it is more relaxed and personal atmosphere. If I could I would swap and go back.

− I don’t think I would’ve liked first floor rooms as they are stacked next to each other or little rooms near spa as again they are stacked next to each other. Glad I paid I bit more as bungalow was cosy.

Great atmosphere

+ Super friendly reception, warm welcome. Food was tasty, had many variety. Saturday night entertainment was excellent. Although I didn't like the room, the staff and the atmosphere made up for it. Beach is excellent.

− Room is very small. I could not take my luggage to the other side of the room, I had to drag it through the bed because there is hardly enough room to walk between the bed and the furniture. Beach is 10 mins away- there isn't enough sunbed, but we were lucky to find a spot. Arrive early!

Good stay with reasonable price

+ The location definitely was great, 2 minutes to the beach in east side which is the best location for beach in Side. Easy transportation to Antalya to explore it in one day. Cheap shopping in Manavgat for Souvenirs at local prices, don’t go for Side or Antalya shopping so expensive and prices in Euros instead of Turkish Lira so big difference. If you give small tips to cleaners they will do great job. The entertainment on Fridays was amazing, the buffet is good, however not suitable for picky eaters. The staff is the greatest bonus, very attentive, friendly and will go above and beyond to make you happy. The Spa with Ozan was fantastic, one of the best massage and Turkish Hamam I had. Omit the manager and the owner were great friendly people as well. Must see Green Canyon and Land of Legends. If you are more than two people it will work cheaper to rent a car to visit Antalya, Green Canyon and Land if Legends (be aware light show only available on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday). Definitely will recommend and be back if stayed in Side again.

− The bar closes at 11pm quite early. The pool is small but clean and good temperature. It is a 3 stars hotel, so don’t expect much. However, rather than we went in peak season it should be cheaper for its facility and services.

If you're English don't go to this Hotel.

Хороший, душевный небольшой отель в центре Сиде

+ Отличное расположение отеля, близко к центру города, пляжу и променаду. Спуск к воде нормальный, сначала нам казался крутым, но даже человеку с инвалидностью по силу взобраться на мостик. Отель не новый, но территория очень ухоженная, утопает в зелени. Растут апельсины, авокадо и виноград. Посажено несколько пальм, настоящий оазис. Еда вкусная, выбор не очень большой, но все разумно подобрано, еды всегда хватало, и она была свежая. Особенно понравились десерты, каждый день на обед и ужин был вкусный чизкейк и шоколадный торт с лесными орехами. Отличное, свежее пиво Efes. В целом, очень понравился персонал, настоящие трудяги.

− При заселении нам предоставили бунгало вместо стандартного номера. Не могу сказать, в чем была причина, но я сразу же обсудил это с менеджером, и нас переселили на следующий день в стандарт. Отель нуждается в ремонте, в особенности душевые. В стандартном номере все было более-менее хорошо, но сантехника старая и требует ремонта. Однако в бунгало ситуация была значительно хуже, в ванной пахло плесенью и вода в душевой не закрывалась до конца, поэтому в ванной было душно и влажно как в сауне. Ну и в целом бунгало нуждается а ремонте.

Limited in some areas

+ Great location,, Good food, Helpful Staff,

− This was not really an "all inclusive" more like a Full Board offering as food was not always available, with meals only at set times. Not even Ice Cream for the children... There was also a very limited offering of drinks ( No rum for example). Also paying for WiFi in 2026 is not really acceptable. Finally the bathroom was not great with some mould on the sink and a very old shower door. See pics.

Very good service from reception, food and beverage staff and housekeeping

+ It was good. Small but ample for a small family resort

A fantastic place and good value.

+ Beautiful place. Our room was spacious and welcoming. Food was great and plentiful. You certainly won't starve. Plentiful of meats and a good choice of salad. Pool is lovely. Staff were friendly too.

− Sometimes was hard to find a sunbed with a parasol. We don't like to put towels down in the morning if we are heading out for the day. By the afternoon, there were a lot of reserved with towels and no people.

Really good value and peaceful hotel in a great location

+ Great location and very peaceful. Quality of food good and staff generally very pleasant. Lots of greenery offering shade and a pleasant environment. Access to nearby private beach area. Exceptional value for money

− Variety of food dishes was limited. Room walls are thin and neighbours can be easily heard. Many of the guests were smoking outdoors, which meant eating outdoors wasn't always an option.
