هتل Sultana Premier Hotel

thank you😊🙏

+ It is truly a lovely and clean hotel; the rooms are cleaned every day. To be honest, I really liked the hotel—I stayed here with my family and had no complaints whatsoever. It is within a maximum 10-minute walk of the Sultanahmet Mosque and public transport links. Hope to see you again next time! 😊🙏

Pleasant

+ Love the staff, people are super friendly and the place is in very good location!

− However there was more than a couple of times when light and WIFI went out. Also the hairdryer doesn’t work very well. In addition, could be a little cleaner

Good and comfortable stay, no major complaints.

+ It was a nice place in a good area, not far from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Room was a good size and bathroom was not bad. Room came with a fridge and kettle

− The shower head holder was broken, so you had to hold the shower head yourself to shower. I told the staff about it and they said they’ll try to fix it in the morning but they didn’t

Excellent budget hotel in city center

+ Budget friendly hotel with amazing staff and great location. The hotel is old, but the room was clean and we were offered cleaning service and new towels every day. The location is perfect, just a 10 minute walk from Sultanahmet square and maybe 15 minutes away from Grand Bazar. There is always someone at the reception to help you out, and you can feel at home and safe.

− Istanbul can be a bit humid during the rainy days, so you need to keep the windows open. However, this is a common issue in Istanbul and most places near waterfront.

Would stay again without a doubt

+ Umit was an amazing receptionist

Worst.

+ Absolutely Nothing!!

− Everything, especially the owners dishonesty. As soon as we reached we weren't showed the room but we made the payment and stepped into the room in which bathroom had a leaking tap and toilet was flooded. We were shifted to a lower floor room which had the similar problem with the sink tap. We told the manager about it and we spoke to their boss who kept convincing to stay for the night and get the full refund tomorrow afternoon due to no service. It was our foolishness to believe him to get the complete refund as he promised. After the phone call as discussed we left the room and booked with Edibe. Later the Sulthan primier hotel manager disagreed to any of our conversations and refused the reality of the water leakage problem whose pictures I've.

Very good price - quality - location ratio
