Outstanding location and outstanding staff
+ Service was not just outstanding, but it was superb
− The room that I reserved was very, very, very small to the fact that you couldn’t even open your suitcase without putting it on the bed and our second suitcase couldn’t even be open so you have to decide how to do this if you’re gonna stay at this hotel, they’re bigger rooms Work much better

+ I like the location of the hotel, the staff were amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was across from the hotel, a bit unusual but ok and the breakfast items were good and really delicious. It’s is a great hotel
− The pillows were a bit hard and uncomfortable, the bathroom was too tight with the sink really small, although the shower was good size. I might just book a bigger room or suite next time.

Great hotel in Old Town.
+ Everything was great, good location and great breakfast. Walking distance to Express bus to the airport stop at Çatladıkapı and Sultanahmet tram station. Hilly but doable and I was carrying a 12 kg backpack. Staff were helpful and pleasant with 24 hour service. The hotel has a Turkish Bath service onsite which I personally recommend.

Surrounded by History
+ Great little hotel very close to the many of the major attractions of Istanbul. Service was top notch. If you are new to Istanbul, as as were, the first impressions driving there may be that it's not the best neighborhood, especially if arriving at night but rest at ease. The area is fantastic, with the wear being from the centuries of history.
− Pillows were not the most comfortable and TV didn't work but these were minor things for an overall excellent experience.
