+ Удобное расположение. На ночь двор закрывается, апартаменты на первом этаже. Уютный типичный грузинский дворик. Кондиционер спасал нас в жару (мы были в начале июля, на улице +30). В обеих спальнях так же были вентиляторы: ночью мы их включали, и спать было комфортно, не шумно. Одна спальня без окна, но с вентилятором можно спокойно там спать. Немного скрипела дверь в ванную комнату. Хозяйка обещала, что разберутся с этой дверью:)

Everything was pretty good, and the host was very caring, helping to fix all the issues that happene
+ The great location, we haven't used public transport to discover the city center and the old city. Everything that you need is pretty close (supermarket, cafes, shops). The apartment is pretty spacious with high ceilings, and the yard is very cozy. The kitchen has all the basic stuff, but we haven't cooked. The host answered pretty quickly and was very kind, helping to resolve our problems.
− We had issues with the washing machine, but the host fixed this problem on the same day. And once we had a situation when we couldn't contact via WhatsApp and had to resolve it on our own (we couldn't call on mobile cell). But despite everything, the host was very caring

+ Location of the property was perfect for a tourist. Shops and sightseeing areas were mostly in walking distance. Everything was working fine at the apartment, we didn't have any issues. The host sent directions for entering the flat in advance and the instructions were clear.

+ That is the best place I stayed during my visits to Tbilisi. Location could not be more central and close to literally everything 😁 Apartment is huge, very clean, very good equipped. And most of all - great owners. Was in contact with Olga long before I came. Got all neccessary info. 100% recommended & when I'm back in Tbilisi, that would be my place to stay.

One of the best locations to stay in tbilisi
+ Great location, spacious, great detail - orientation, indeed a cosy place, feels as if you are at home. Responsive host. Just about 10 mins walk from the liberty metro station, (straight line distance is even lesser but for the small detour of have to take the underground pedestrian subway) and the freedom square. Two/three minutes walk from the National Museum, three to four MIS walk from Parliament, 15 -20 mins walk from the centuries old underground bazari (Old Meidan).
− Small difficulty in opening the main door, may be takes time to get used to it. Bathroom has to be used carefully when the floor is wet. But these were minor inconveniences as against the great convenience of staying here.

Great place in the middle of everything
+ Location was extremely convenient. Old town, bunch of restaurants and shops nearby, seemed like everything worth visiting was only 20min away (walking). Hosts were very accommodating and were very hands-off, which I appreciate. No issues getting in, getting out, or receiving answers. Although the building is pretty old, but amenities, space, location and the price did make up for it.
− Everything was great. Maybe would benefit from having a little shower and coffee/tea supplies, but this is not important and more issue on my side due to arriving very late with very minimal baggage.

Perfect place for a 4 people groupbor family in centered Tblisi!
