+ Modern and clean

− Smelled like cigarettes, electricity outlets didn’t work, owner was greedy and not helpful. Asking for money for every little thing like fresh towels after 4 days, or for an extra pillow.

I feel at home!! Awesome..

+ Condo+apartment+area.. Many restaurants, clubs and nightlife.

Disappointing . Not expected from a premium booking

− Was hard to find (wrong Google maps location) and the staff don’t pick up calls . It was a private apartment which wasn’t specified in the booking details . The studio had no basic toiletries like toothpaste

I felt well in this apartment.

+ When u are not to lazzy to walk u can walk to maccasan airport rail link. That means no need for taxis in bkk. The instruction how to come inside the appartment was also nice and easy.

− The swimingpool could be in better condition. But its ok u can still swimm inside.

− Dirty Ness. NON EXISTING customer service. Lack of respect for the customer. They only contact You when they want more money.

+ Good area, spacious place with good facilities. Very comfortable bed

− The summarise the customer care. The air-conditioning wouldn't turn off and as a result wanted a lot of power for the owner, the apartment was unbearably cold. I missed the host but was only advised to check for batteries in the apartment even had If I found some (i didn't) i would have needed a screwdriver to open the case back which i don't carry while travelling and imagine many people don't..

+ We did like the fact that it was about a 10-15 minute walk to Nana station, and the fact that it had a washing machine, large fridge, and cutlery.

− The keypad to enter the house gave us issues in the beginning which left us helpless for a good 20-30 minutes. The host was reachable through booking.com, so they did call their staff and get the batteries changed. We were lucky that this occurred around 4pm because if it was any later, I am not sure someone would be around to fix this. The issue was that the batteries may not have new which meant that a couple of days down the line the same issue occurred and we were not able to enter again for another 20 minutes until the door somehow unlocked on the 4th go after having the door alarm go off. The batteries were changed again the next day. The towels may not be as big of a problem, but if you have a pool then you should be providing 4x towels for 2 people instead of providing 2 and then asking for 50 baht for another 2 towels.
