Clean, Welcoming Apartment with Smooth Experience
+ The apartment was clean, comfortable and very welcoming, making the stay truly enjoyable. Checking in and out was effortless and well-organized. Cleaning services were available on demand and extremely convenient. The host was exceptional - courteous, highly responsive, and always available (even via WhatsApp) to provide support. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and other guests.

Bad
− First the laundry wasn’t working so they changed the check-in time and let me wait outside so they can fix it, then there was no keys so I waited till they gave me another one. And the staff is unprofessional, He shouted at me and wasn’t talking in pro-pert way

− his was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Although the building itself appeared decent, the studio was far from satisfactory. There were no clothing hangers, so I had to purchase them myself. The same goes for cups for coffee or tea; I had to buy those too. We were only provided with two towels for a six-night stay, and the bed sheets were never changed. There was no eating cutlery available, and even if there was, I wouldn't have wanted to use it. Essentially, there were numerous black hairs on the floor that certainly weren't mine. There was no service at all, and the host was completely absent. Moreover, the swimming pool was empty, without any water. To use the stove i needed to buy a light as the excision didn't work .
