Pleasant stay after a day outdoors
+ We had a pleasant experience from the moment we checked in — special thanks to the receptionist, who was exceptionally welcoming and also provided us with access to the underground parking. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the windows did an excellent job of keeping out the street noise. A genuinely quiet room can be surprisingly hard to find in Batumi, so we really appreciated it. We especially loved being able to spend an hour at the spa after a long day of hiking. The hammam and sauna were a wonderful addition to our stay and exactly what we needed after a full day outdoors.
− The elevators could be a little inefficient during peak hours, although we never had to wait particularly long

− The hallways smell bad, and the elevators are insufficient; you have to wait a long time to reach your floor—especially if, like me, you are on the 27th floor.

− The hotel has 27 floors but only four lifts - which are used also by the staff at the same time. During peak times there are long queues of people waiting to get either up or down. Sometimes you have to wait 10-20 minutes for a lift. Breakfast is good, but in no day there were sufficient glasses and pots for drinks. Beat you bring your own from the room - there are enough :) The breakfast room is way to small for the building and number of guests during august. Bed mattresses are not comfortable

התארגנו הרעב משפחתי במלון דירות
+ היינו בהרכב משפחתי זוג פלוס 3. קבלנו חדר מרווח עם שני חדרי שינה מטבח פינת אוכל וסלון. כל יום ניקו לנו את החדר והחליפו לנו מגבות. דלפק קבלה בכניסה היה מאד נגיש ורוצה לעזור מתחם הבריכה והחדר כושר סבירים ומתוחזקים טוב, מקבלים מגבות. שימו לב שגובה הבריכה היא קבועה בגובה 1.55 למי שיש ילדים קטנים כדאי להיערך בהתאם עם מצופים.
− המתנה לעליות, במלון יש 3 מעליות לאורחים לשימוש ו25 קומות ועוד מעלית לשימוש העובדים. בחלק מהזמן בעיקר בשעות הבוקר והערב בשעות הלחץ של לרדת מהחדר בין 09:00 ל10:30 וכן בערב המתנו בין 10-15 דקות כדי לעלות או לרדת לחדר. עם הזמן מבינים את הרעיון ויודעים לתכנן בהתאם. המיקום של המלון הוא לא במרכז רחוק מהאטרקציות התיירותיות אולם הוא קרוב לים ויש מוניות בולט שזמינות. עם זאת יש שני בתי קזינו וקניון במרחק של שתי דקות הליכה

Comfortable stay with a great location in Batumi
+ The hotel had a great location close to the sea and many attractions. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. We especially appreciated the beautiful city view and the comfortable atmosphere during our stay
− The room cleaning could be improved, as the floors were not properly swept or washed during our stay. Also, although the property was advertised as having cooking facilities, some essential kitchen tools and equipment were missing, which made cooking inconvenient. Another issue was the shower area — the floor was not properly sloped toward the drain, so water would collect and remain on the bathroom floor after showering, which was uncomfortable.

+ The room was clean and warm, and had all the necessary amenities.
− The staff at the restaurant and the spa lack basic knowledge of English or Russian, so it was hard to communicate with them. In addition, some improvements need to be made at the spa. The steam bath wasn’t heated enough. The receptionist was called to adjust the temperature; she consulted someone on the phone, but it didn’t help. It was outrageous because a week prior to our stay they had assured me that they had just completed renovation work and that both the sauna and the steam bath were working properly. Secondly, the floor in the men’s locker room was wet, and my partner slipped and almost fell. The fact that they do not have rubber anti-slip mats is against safety regulations. Thirdly, the heating in the breakfast area was off this morning, and it was very cold, even though the temperature outside was +6°C. I had to keep my puffer jacket on while eating.
