The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a car rental service is also available. Featuring a balcony, the units offer air conditioning and have a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with bath and slippers. A fridge and kettle are also provided. At the guest house, all units come with bed linen and towels. A mini-market is available at the guest house. Guests can also relax in the garden or in the shared lounge area. Tbilisi International Airport is 10 miles away.

+ The location is very good. Liberty Square is only a 5–10 minute walk away, although the walk back to the hotel is uphill, which is worth keeping in mind. Free parking was also available near the hotel.
− The hotel was a little difficult to identify because there was no visible name or sign on the door. The entrance to the building was locked, and although there was a doorbell, no one responded. After I called the phone number listed on Booking.com, the host opened the door. This is not a major issue if you have internet access, but without it, you may have to wait for a while. I also expected the room to be a little cleaner, although this was not a serious problem. The most uncomfortable issue was the faulty toilet seat. I hope the host sees this review and repairs it.

− This property is absolutely not a 3-star hotel, despite being advertised as one. The listing is misleading and does not reflect reality. At best, it is comparable to a very basic hostel room. The location is very uncomfortable — on the ground floor of a very old building, directly at a busy and noisy crossroad. The cleanliness was unacceptable: the room felt dirty, the floors were not properly cleaned, and the bathroom was in poor condition. The furniture was old and worn out, and the overall condition of the property was far below any reasonable hotel standard. The facilities were extremely basic — no proper amenities, no comfort, and not even breakfast, so it cannot be considered a hotel or even a B&B. I am extremely disappointed with my choice. I stayed here for three nights with my children, and it was a very uncomfortable and stressful experience. Unfortunately, the city was very crowded and there were no available alternatives, otherwise I would have left immediately after arrival. I believe this listing is inaccurate and misleading, and it does not correspond to what was advertised at the time of booking. I would not have chosen this property if the description had been accurate. I would not recommend this place, and I strongly suggest that the listing be reviewed and corrected.

− I had booked a family room. It turned out that there was no bathroom in the room. The bathroom was next to the kitchen, which was very inconvenient. You go to the bathroom, and other people are making coffee in the kitchen. In the other rooms, the bathroom was inside.
