+ They were incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming. They were waiting for us at the entrance of the property and came out to greet us personally, which was such a lovely touch. The house was extremely well-equipped. Everything you could possibly need was there, from toiletries and everyday essentials to all the amenities you might need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, and they had even provided basics like salt and pepper. The place was exceptionally clean and well-organized. All the clothes, towels, and bed linens were spotless and clearly very well cared for. The garden was also wonderful — spacious, peaceful, and beautifully filled with flowers and plants. There were comfortable tables and chairs outside, making it the perfect place to relax, unwind, and simply enjoy some quiet time. Thank you so much for everything. We truly appreciate your kindness and hospitality. My heart is with you, and I hope we get the chance to stay with you again. ❤️

+ An easy walk to Yerevan Station, but also right next to a well-served bus stop. The appartment is large and equipped very well. The owner was amazing - friendly and welcoming!

Reasonble place for people which want to place to be comfortable, its like your own house, you have access to all in one
+ The house worth it , very reasonable price, very hospital host, very kind people, very nice people, Overall all was good and reasonable,
− There where only one problem, instead of one full bed which was on our reservation , we get one bunk bed which made for children and we did not fit in .
