+ Gary en co are very helpful! Price is very good. All in the room is working well. Good airco and hot water etc.
− You know in advance that you book in the epicenter of the bars. If you are the kind of person who comes to Pattaya to go to bed at 22:00 o clock ... Than this is not the best Guesthouse for you ;)

− Small shower and toilet. The air conditioner was not very powerful, but with the fan, it was not hot inside.

It was a nice weekend stay that met expectations

Okay stay for 3 nights but avoid if you do not want to stay up very late
