Exceptional
+ The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming. They also kindly helped us print our documents, which we really appreciated. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
− The only minor downside was that the shower was designed in a way that allowed some water to spill onto the bathroom floor. However, this was a very small issue and did not affect the overall comfort of our stay.

Nice and comfy
+ The beds were very comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The breakfast was decent, though the supply was sometimes inconsistent for instance, they ran out of milk on one of the days
− Unfortunately, the sound insulation is lacking. We heard every movement in the corridor, and the street traffic is quite loud. Furthermore, the air conditioning system was noisy yet ineffective. It appeared that the central cooling wasn't activated, leaving the unit to function only as a basic fan.

Grate value for money.
+ A little bit far from the city center but metro station is close.
− Nice and helpful stuff, very pleasant design.
