Absolutely disgraceful and lying about location, pictures on the website not a single one matched
+ There weren’t any breakfast offer. We’re so upset about how property completely different than what was on the booking.com. Not one single piece matched up. We asked the manager why did you guys lying about everything ?- he got upset with this question he said it’s not lying it’s advertising and getting customers. So disappointing…
− I don’t where to started. Picture on the booking.com about property completely different. Not one single thing matched. Location it was showing in Tarqovi and balcony looking for Nizami street it’s absolutely lying. Taking a shower it was challenging- water something didn’t get hot, and water not easily drained. It was staying in the shower couple hours. 2 bedrooms doors wasn’t locked and unlocked properly. Second day we stay one of bedroom lights were broke. I connected to manager didn’t able to fix. We just struggled whole time.Kitchen absolutely shocked us. We asked about what happened to pictures on the website- he was just giggled and said cmon it’s a luxury restaurant picture we take it from them and put it on our pictures, it was still “advertising”. WiFi wasn’t working he said it will be 20-30 minutes. I contacted every other 2 hours to him about wifi wasn’t working he was like just the another 30 minutes we weren’t able to have access to wifi almost 12 hours. We flew almost 20 hours and so exhausted just can’t handle more arguing about. It was 3:30am 21st in the morning we paid extra day 20th March so we could go early but he took deposits.Because there wasn’t no point - every detail we asked he he was getting upset about. For him just -not lying. Just the advertising or taking more customers attention. I would give negative-10 points if there was a chance.
