+ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sorta Hotel in Antalya! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They truly made us feel like guests rather than customers. The food and especially the breakfast were excellent—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety. Everything was prepared with care, and breakfast was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The pool area was beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind after spending the day exploring Antalya. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, modern, and very well maintained. Another big plus is the great value for the price. You get excellent service, delicious food, a nice pool, comfortable accommodations, and a friendly atmosphere without paying an unreasonable price. I would absolutely stay at Sorta Hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Antalya. Excellent staff, great food, beautiful pool, and fantastic value!

ideal place to stay with family and kids

+ Location is very good, not far from the sea, city centre. Good is because rather far from the airport but it doesn't relate to hotel itself. The staff are very caring, you can feel the sense of community and high level of communication. During our stay we had some problems which were sorted immediately without asking many times. Breakfasts were full, tried to help to clean up after ourselves but a lovely assistant always asked to leave everything there. Also, we had a night check in, emailed hotel in advance and they replied within 15 min, so prompt , thanks for that! As for the facilities, family room was ideal to live with 2 year old. They have a small Turkish style sofa with safety boards so we could put it close to the bed and our little one liked to sleep there. I put a pinch of salt saying that Deluxe apartment we liked less as there wasn't such bed there and tv wasn't wall-mounted so he tried to attack it all the time. And as many people wrote here the ladders in both rooms are so risky with kids. In Deluxe room furniture wasn't that new as in our Family room. On the 2nd roof floor tv didn't work well as internet signal was very slow. I told about it to receptionist, he wanted immediately to fix it but I refused as we had only 1 night there. I'm sure it's an easy fix. Both apartments have everything to feel comfy: small kitchen, washing machine, beds , enough space, air condi (very important), good shower with strong water pressure. We enjoyed swimming in the pool with kids. Brilliant idea about 24/7 free drinks (Turkish tea, juices , coffee)! Separate thanks for cleaners! They did a great job cleaning every day and changed towels every day!! All these small things made life comfy.

− There is nothing I didn't like. But some suggestions which I mentioned above and please if it's possible to change tiles next to the pool, will be better as it's soooo slippery! Also the same problems with flooring in the rooms and bathrooms. Some suggestions about adding yogurts for breakfasts, more fruits. For kids - adding a simple slide or swing in the garden.

− The bathroom, particularly the shower area, is quite small and the shower door could use some maintenance as it a bit difficult to close it properly.
