The worst place i ever stay and am a traveler

− I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The booking was made through Booking.com, and the price shown there was supposed to be the amount I would pay at the hotel. However, I was charged more than the price stated on Booking.com. When I asked why I was being charged extra, instead of giving me a proper explanation, the response I received was: “Seriously? For €5 more?” This is not about the €5. It is about the principle and, most importantly, the extremely rude and disrespectful way the staff handled the situation. Even worse, there was absolutely no water in the hotel — not even enough to use the toilet, let alone take a shower. When I asked about it, I was told, very rudely, that “it is not our problem” and that it was an issue in the area. When I tried to understand what was happening, I was literally shouted at and told, in a very disrespectful manner, that it was the area's problem. However, friends of mine were staying at the hotel next door and they had water. The following day, I also went to a café nearby and was told that they had water as well. What disappointed me the most was not only the lack of water, but the complete lack of willingness to help, explain the situation properly, or offer any solution. The attitude of the staff was incredibly rude and arrogant throughout. For a supposed 4-star hotel, this experience was completely unacceptable. In my opinion, this place should not be presented as a 4-star hotel, or even as a proper hotel, given the way guests are treated and the lack of basic facilities. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel.

Amazing and would recommend to anyone

+ Clean. Perfect location next to the main bars and places to eat in Yerevan. The customer service was top notch. Can communicate on WhatsApp and anything you need is sorted within 5-10 minutes. Sargis was very friendly and always there to help and replied to requests instantly. Comfy and huge bed. would definitely stay here again if returning to Yerevan.

− After confirming my reservation, the property contacted me to say that they were unable to accommodate me. However, they did not cancel the reservation themselves and instead forced me to cancel it from my side.

+ Location was perfect, close to all important attractions and lots of restaurants in the vicinity. Great value for money, really nice and comfortable apartment with great facilities.

− What I didn’t like is that the staff didn’t inform us about the downgrade of the room during the check-in process. We’ve booked an apartment with balcony, but after doing the check-in and got into our room, we’ve both realized (my wife and I), that there is no balcony. After I have confronted the staff about this matter, that’s when they’ve mentioned that indeed the apartment with balcony is not available due to “some technical issues”, but we were charged the price of it, but receiving a downgrade in apartment type (no balcony, and smaller), without any apologies and or discounted price, until I have asked for it. The issue was solved, but double check the room during the check-in process, to make sure you get what you’ve booked for. Overall, the issue has been solved, and overall 9.0/10.0 for the entire experience, otherwise the place would deserve 10.0/10.0, but for me, an accommodation is an entire tourism experience where everyone should be professional (such as this situation, if they’ve informed during check-in about the downgrade and offered a discounted price as an apology, would have been a different outcome) and everything top notch.

− It was not very clean. We stayed on the 3rd floor and all time the corridor smelled bad. Otherwise the smell of the room was good.

Decent stay good location

+ Nice interiors good finishes felt high end. Excellent location in the center with many restaurants right in front of the hotel. Bathroom had a shataf. Very nice tv

− Fridge was not cleaned, had crumbs everywhere from previous guests. Room wasn't vacuumed properly we could see dust and crumbs on the floor in corners. The corridors and walls outside the room feel dingy, unclean
