+ Location and the staff was helpful
− Not that clean hotel need refurbishing, tvs not working, by the busy road so cant get enough sleep cos of the noise. And very noisy little fridge nothing inside. Can have a shower and poo same time cos next to each other. I don’t think I’ll stat again

+ Location it is really good.
− The hotel has a perfect location and the room was comfortable. The two male receptionists were friendly and helpful, and the lady preparing breakfast was absolutely lovely. However, there are some important issues that need attention. The breakfast was very poor, and when I asked the female receptionist for an iron, she was not particularly friendly or helpful. The biggest issue was the bathroom and, most importantly, safety. The shower took a very long time to heat up, and there are two shower heads. When turning on the shower, the smaller wall-mounted one comes on first and sprays water all over the bathroom. There is no shower screen or enclosure, so the floor becomes extremely wet and slippery. Unfortunately, I slipped and fell because of this. This is a serious safety concern and should be addressed urgently.

+ The location was great for a beach front rest was very basic.
− The actual view I have put in the attached pictures. Burned sofa, hanging curtains, not even any utensils or water, no kettle. Noisy upstairs who love to drag furniture around all afternoon until late night.

+ The only good thing about this hotel is the location.
− Oh my, oh my, how should I start... Everything started with parking; the only reason we chose this place was that they claimed to have parking. The hotel said they had parking, but they don't. They use a public lot that they don't own so that anybody can park there. Will you arrive and not find a spot? For sure! And if you somehow find a tiny space to park, reception will tell you, "You can't park there, mate"—usually because they're saving the spot for one of their friends. I was told a couple of times that if I left my car there, I'd get in trouble with the traffic police—yet later, in that very same spot, I saw their friends parking without any issues. Ah yes, they also ask you to leave your car keys if, in their opinion, your car blocks the road. The room was just horrible. It had nothing—literally nothing: no mugs, no kettle. The room door only opened on the 2nd or 3rd attempt; within a week, I developed the skill to open it on the first try. The lighting was basically just one bulb in the main room and a very dim one in the bathroom. The socket near the bed didn't work (we told the staff three times, but nothing changed, so we gave up). We had mold in the bathroom, and when we arrived, the bathroom door didn't close at all (they fixed it the next day). The sheets had cigarette holes in them, and the towels were covered in stains—disgusting. The state of the room fell far short of "deluxe," so to speak. Once, when we wanted to drink wine in our room, we asked for glasses (or whatever they had) and a corkscrew. Guess what? They had nothing, so we had to buy our own disposable glasses and corkscrew. Breakfast was a joke—the poorest spread I've ever seen. But if you ask the server nicely, you can get an omelet, which is a bit of a hidden menu item :)

Good value hotel in good location with generous and accommodating staff.
+ Great location with comfortable bed in a good location. The staff were very generous with their time and the complimentary chocolates were a nice touch. Breakfast on the roof, though cool at this time of year, was very good.
− We had a room with a toilet/shower which was cramped for space.
