Overall good. Local shops expensive in euros need to go a bit far
+ Nice clean ,good location but tourist location things are very expensive around, specially food shops, local kebab shops charge us double the prices. Lots of bargaining needed.
− Poor communications, no internet first day, outside pool closed for repairs & seasonal. Won’t open till may. Indoors water too cold & no lifeguard. Spa staff greedy charge too much.

I wouldn’t stay there again
+ The apartment was clean and the WiFi was fast
− When I first arrived at the hotel, there was no one at reception. I didn’t think much of it but this became a repeat issue. The staff are NEVER at reception so if you need anything, they are not there. This became increasingly frustrating and annoying considering price paid. I also had many issues with my keycard and again this wasn’t solved promptly because there is NO ONE at reception! You have to contact them via booking.com or WhatsApp and hope for the best. For these reasons I would never stay there again

The hotel is very eerie and scary as no one stays there. There is no staff to help if you need anything. They are all mi
+ The property is huge and no staff, the staff are rude apart from one lady who wanted to help. There was literally no one at the reception, they don’t speak English they cannot communicate. The breakfast staff were always miserable, he was always annoyed if we asked him to make breakfast, he would make my dad omelet one day and then demand money the next day. The breakfast was disgusting and terrible the same thing again and again. You have to pay for a high chair for a baby. You basically have to pay for everything. You have to pay €20 to get your room cleaned, you have to beg for toilet roll. I can’t believe how terrible our stay was. We can even ask the hotel staff to call taxi or guide us.
− The staff was the most terrible, no manners, no attention towards service of customers. The apartments are nice and big.
