− Hvis man SKAL nævne noget så ville lidt mere plads på værelset være dejligt. Det var ikke et problem, men kunne godt ha brugt et sted hvor kufferten kunne ligge åbent ( virkelig et luksus problem) vi var super glade for opholdet

Overall, we regret choosing this hotel. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place where you can actually sleep a

+ Clean rooms, located right by the sea, with only a 3-minute walk to the beach. The rooms have comfortable beds with good-quality mattresses.

− There were several serious issues that made our stay very unpleasant: 1. The beach and pool are only open until 6 p.m. This means that if you want to enjoy the sea or the pool, you can only do so during the hottest hours of the day. After 6 p.m., these facilities are closed. 2. You cannot bring your own food or drinks to the beach. Even if you simply want to have a fresh juice, you are not allowed to bring one from outside. On the beach, you can only order food and drinks from the hotel’s restaurant. 3. The biggest problem was the noise. It was extremely difficult to sleep. There was loud music and noise both at this hotel and at neighboring hotels, with “parties” continuing until midnight or even 1 a.m. The rooms have virtually no soundproofing, so you can hear everything. After three sleepless nights, we simply could not take it anymore. Even sleeping in the morning was difficult because the doors slam incredibly loudly every time someone leaves their room — the noise would literally make us jump out of bed. 4. The way our situation was handled by management was very disappointing. After three nights with almost no sleep, we decided to move to another hotel and asked for a refund for the unused nights. Our request was refused. What was even more disappointing was the way the hotel manager spoke to me — he was extremely rude and did not offer any solution or even try to help resolve the situation.

Excellent value with fantastic staff

+ This hotel definitely deserves more than its official 2-star rating—in my opinion, it’s closer to a 4-star experience. The rooms are well equipped, cleaned daily, and although a little small, they have comfortable beds, a balcony, complimentary beach towels, and fresh bottled water provided every day. The hotel also has its own swimming pool and a private beach area with plenty of sunbeds, so there’s no need to wake up early to reserve one. Guests also receive a 10% discount at the beach bar and restaurant. The biggest highlight was the staff, who were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Overall, the hotel offers outstanding value for money, and I would happily stay here again.

− The breakfast had a good selection overall, but I would recommend adding sausages and/or bacon every day, along with baked beans in tomato sauce, to better cater for international guests.

Lovely stay in a great location with superb staff and facilities.

+ The location was superb, walking distance to the old town. Great friendly staff including the cleaning staff, they were all excellent. Great food with access directly onto the beach. Free WiFi was appreciated. Everyone went above and beyond, it was early in the season so the weather was a bit chilly, still had an excellent week.

Sunshine holiday

+ The location was fabulous, right next to the best part of Side beach. The hotel seemed to be either recently refurbished or very well looked after. Was very clean. Breakfast was better than expected for a 3 star buffet. We had lunch in the hotel most days to take advantage of the 10% off offer for residents and everything that we ate was excellent.
