It was nice and easy, building has a lot of good facilities
+ It was easy to get the keys, but via WhatsApp the property asked for a security deposite which wasn't mentioned when we made the booking. However when we asked who we should deposit to, they told us that we didn't need a security deposit.
− Room could have been bigger.

Small but stylish clean and with a beautiful view and facilities
+ It was very clean and had and incredible view of the burj. The pool is nice and there are games in the common area as well as a cafe and cowork space that seemed popular.
− Despite sending our passport copies 24 hours before checkin the reception had no knowledge of our checking and we had to wait over 30 minutes to checkin despite arriving 4 hrs after checkin time. The man we spoke to on the phone was very dismissive and didn’t apologise for the error. However the building staff were sympathetic and let us up after getting our names while they filled the paperwork with the rental company. If you take passports in advance you should at least register the guests.

Modern Apartment & Great Support
+ Really enjoyed my stay here! The building is very modern, clean, and the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. A big plus is the co-working space on the 3rd floor, which was perfect for working remotely. I actually wanted to extend my stay because I liked it so much, but my apartment was already booked. Luna from Simply Comfort and her colleague were super friendly and helpful — they even came by personally and showed me several other apartments so I could easily extend my stay. + Great Location, super clean and like new, comfy beds and spotless linen. Super easy communication and great value for business bay. Facilities on L3 for working, gym games, pool and Cafe are great. 3rd stay in the past few months so will be back again soon !

+ Amazing amenities! The co-working floor, gym, and pool area are what make this stay worth it. The suites are small but functional, well styled, and clean. It’s very central, but not very walkable; best if you’re travelling by car or taxi.
