Beautiful, warm and cosy place.

+ The hotel is very beautiful, cosy, and welcoming. I really loved their garden and the traditional Armenian decor. I totally recommend it, and when I return to Yerevan, I would like to stay here again.

− The breakfast was nice, but it would have been even better with more options. I am not picky about the food, but I would have liked to have more variaty of foods.

+ Overall, I had a good stay. The hotel isn't perfect, and for the price I expected a little more, but the positives definitely outweigh the negatives. The location is great—quiet and peaceful, so it's easy to relax. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, and the restaurant is really good, with tasty food and fair prices. The staff were fantastic throughout my stay: friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room, however, had seen better days. Also, even though I'm not very tall, the double bed was surprisingly short, so I had to sleep diagonally to stop my feet from hanging off the end. The air conditioning was just okay, which wasn't ideal during the hot weather. Still, despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay and would happily come back.

Very charming and authentic hotel

+ Very charming and authentic hotel, highly recommend it. The stay was perfect, and the service was outstanding, they even packed us thoughtful lunchboxes for our early morning tours. Don't miss the chance to see their team weaving traditional Armenian carpets on-site.

− The hotel is located a bit uphill, so we always used a taxi because of the heat. However, the place is within walking distance of the city center. The taxi prices are reasonable, but traffic was crazy because of the bridge closure. Also, there is a metro station a 10-minute walk from the hotel, but it's hard to say which option is faster in Yerevan.

− The location is a 30min walk from the city center. Luckily taxis are very reasonable in Yerevan.

Lovely small boutique hotel, right at the sweet spot between local charm and modern amenities

+ Lovely clean and well organized room, with a view of Mount Ararat. Beautifully decorated interiors, a shop of locally produced craft in the lovely lobby. There is a gorgeous back garden, overlooked by the breakfast terrace. Carpet weaving carpet take place in the building so sometimes you can see the weaving talking place. Very good breakfast, attentive staff, overall highly recommended!

− There is a music venue in the vicinity which is heard till late in the evenings if windows are open. Coffee at breakfast is considered and extra at an additional charge

+ The place is magical and the staff makes it even more so. It is very quiet in the cosy garden, and very pleasant to eat delicious breakfast on the terrace. The decorations are great and you can also buy some cute stuff at their shop. The room was nice and had everything including fridge and kettle. But what made it special is people, very kind and helpful. I was travelling after small surgery and they really saved my day after flight cancellation, greeted me at 1 am and let me stay a bit longer to sleep. Thanks for showing the best of Armenian hospitality!

− Can't think of anything, but maybe you should consider they have a lot of stairs if you struggle with walking.

A gem: an urban oasis full of character, charm, culture and comfort.

+ This is a gem, full of character, charm, interesting features and artefacts, and a living craft centre as well. Breakfast - superb - under the pomegranate trees to the accompaniment of migrating bee-eaters and with a vista to Mt Ararat on a clear day is a joy. Having been assigned here last year on my first visit to Yerevan I had no hesitation booking directly myself when I returned this year. So very different from typical urban hotels I see when touring; it has a rural, timeless ambience: an oasis in the city.

− My only tiny quibble might be the evening dining menu. It’s ok but not amazing.
