+ The place has everything you need for a short stay. I stayed only one night and didn’t need much. Basic but decent, just as expected. The lady who is working there is nice. Very quiet neighbourhood, I slept really well. The garden is decorated with a lot of funny pictures, toys and cat-cushions, pleasant to sit outside.

The dirtiest hotel and most rude staff I have ever seen

+ Location is acceptable. In the middle of the city but still quite a walk to get somewhere because of location in side streets

− Don't be fooled by the good reviews of this hotel, they are probably fake five-star reviews (just look at the profiles that write them) - the dirtiest hotel I've ever been to, the most unpleasant lady owner who only wants to get as much money out of you as possible. I reported the hotel to booking The rooms were insanely dirty, there was mold on the pillow, towels and sheets are not washed here. I witnessed when the owner took my used towel when changing rooms, folded it and put it back in place for other customers. The first night I was accommodated in an attic room where it was insanely hot, the air conditioning could either be turned on to the maximum so it was insanely cold or turned off so it was hot. The "cleanliness" of the room was more of a hygiene check than a human accommodation (I attach photos). The bed had stains, all the pillows too and the blanket had holes and was dirty. + the whole room stank even after 8 hours of the window being open. After confronting the owner with this problem, after an hour of “arguing”, I was forced to pay another 20 euros for a “clean room”. It was in a slightly better condition but there was a used dirty hotel towel, used dirty hotel slippers and the bed linen on the bed was also not changed and dirty. In the bathroom you shower in the so-called “wet room” where there is no shower but you shower in the middle of the bathroom. The water was either ice cold or boiling hot, nothing in between. The tap by the sink was falling apart, the toilet was wobbling, the soap holder fell off as soon as I touched it. The air conditioning in the new room that I had to pay extra for was right above the bed so water dripped on your head while you were sleeping and made crazy noises (I have a video of it) so you couldn’t sleep with the air conditioning on.

I loved it

+ Als Alleinreisende suchte ich nicht den Luxusurlaub in irgendeinem anonymen Hotel sondern eine kleine Unterkunft, wo man schnell in Kontakt zu Land und Leuten kommt…. Kultur von A bis Z war mir diesmal wichtig. Und genau das habe ich auch bekommen. Die beiden Schwestern Tuba und Aisha…. supernett!!! Frühstück und Abendessen genial, immer mit viel frischem Gemüse und Salat… I love it! Aisha hat sogar ihren Roller für kleine Ausflüge verliehen, so lieb von ihr. Ich mochte auch die Atmosphäre der Unterkunft ähnlich einem kleinen Bauernhof mit freilaufenden Hühnern und Katzen in einem farbenfrohen Garten. Konnte hier voll auftanken.

− Personnel peu souriant voir antipathique. Chambre de lilliputien mansardée (étouffante, suffoquante), limite de l' insalubre. Très mauvaise connexion Wi-Fi, sans compter les toilettes sans eau et sa douche (sans eau chaude) datant de mathusalem. De plus ses extérieurs qui nous avaient charmés en regardant les photos n' est autre que l'arbre qui cache la forêt et tous les défauts de cet habitat. C'est la première fois qu'il m'arrive de mettre une appréciation aussi calamiteuse mais qui reflète le vécu d'une seule nuit. En résumé: C'EST AU SECOURS FUIEZ!!!!

Für die Leute, die wenig Geld ausgeben wollen und dabei bereit sind ein paar Unannehmlichkeiten in Kauf zu nehmen.

+ Sehr nette Gastgeberin, die versucht alle wünsche zu erfüllen und zu helfen. Der Garten wird mit Wasser befeuchtet und bietet angenehmen Schatten zum ausruhen.

− Die Infrastruktur ist sehr alt. Das heisse Wasser ausser in der Dusche hat nicht funktioniert. Wir haben aber eine Zwischenlösung gefunden. Im Waschbecken gab es kochend heisses Wasser. Wir haben einfach jeweils eine grosse Plastik Flasche mit warmem Wasser befühlt und uns damit abgeduscht. Das hat super funktioniert. Die Sitzkissen auf Sofas und die Tischdecken draussen werden lange nicht gereinigt. Zum Teil ist Vogelkot drauf und Dreckspuren. Preise für das Bier und das Wasser im Kühlschrank sind extrem hoch. Eine Tuborg Dose zum Beispiel 5 Euro was einem Restaurant Preis entspricht. Das Frühstück wird liebevoll zubereitet. Das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis stimmt aber auch da leider nicht. Ich kann es daher nicht empfehlen.

− Не работал замок у входной двери, не было горячей воды. Очень тонкие перегородки у комнат, слышно, что приходит у соседей. Кондиционер очень громкий, приходится выключать во время сна.

A good place to stay if you intend mainly to sleep there and spend days elsewhere.

+ This place is interesting and unusual. It is located in a hidden alley near the center of the city, close to the beach, but still in a quiet place. There is a small, cute garden with lots of coaches and sofas around. There is always shade during any time of the day. There are cats and even parrots in this garden. The owner lady is friendly. When the AC broke in the middle of the stay, she fixed it more or less quick. The place is not so cheap in general, but very cheap for Side, a resort town where everything in expensive.

− The bathroom is a tiled room with a hole in the floor and no separate shower cabin. There is no extractor fan there, so after shower there is always a puddle on the floor, which guarantees awful humidity in the bathroom and main room. There is mold in the bathroom and an unhealthy damp smell. which, again, goes into the main room. The AC is located directly above your head when you lie in bed, so frigid air gushes directly onto you. Be careful, it is super easy to get cold this way. You cannot eat or drink in the room (you can in the garden though). There is no table for laptop in the room, Everything is generally old and shabby (clean though). Owners don't understand English regrettably, and ggle translate doesn't always help to convey ideas to them.
