Очень красивый, чистый, функциональный дом! Два этажа, на первом - небольшая кухня, гостиная с диванами, санузел. На втором две спальни, большой санузел. Есть посудомоечная машина, стиральная, кондиционер в каждой (!) комнате. В холодильнике нас ждал приветственный набор продуктов - яйца, хлеб, сыр, колбаса. Также в наличии была питьевая вода 19 литров.
Очень тихий закрытый район. До моря 10 минут пешком - прекрасный пляж, чистый, песок, бесплатный.
До античного города 10 минут на машине. До НоваМолл так же.
Общение было очень приятным: хозяин был на связи, встречала его соседка.

Чтобы впервые попасть в закрытый район, нужно подождать у калитки, пока кто-то пройдёт и откроет. Или договориться с хозяином о четком времени. Мы приехали раньше назначенного, не могли попасть внутрь некоторое время

Понравилось абсолютно всё. Очень просторный дом, светлый, уютный, рядом бесплатный пляж с лежаками и зонтами, пешком минут 10. В доме есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания, закрытая территория, паковка, детская площадка. Рестораны и магазины в шаговой доступности. Все было потрясающе!

Excellent holiday house not far from the beach, we were impressed.

The host contacted us in advance, explained about arrival, and gave some essential information about the town. He was always very helpful and replied to all our questions via WhatsApp quite quickly. All our requests were satisfied: we had late check-in, late check-out, organized transfer to the airport at a good price and water delivery.
The house is located on a fenced territory, inside is very green and pleasant, there is a small playground for children. We received the keys from the neighbor, who does not speak English, but uses Google Translate quite effectively. :) She is often around and can help. there is a parking place in the territory.
The house is quite big: two bedrooms upstairs, a kitchen, a living room with three sofas, two bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioning, the house was very clean and recently renovated. Looks better than in the pictures. The kitchen is well-equipped and new, although we missed bigger frying pan, pot, and sharper knives. The bathroom is also good, well-equiped and renovated. Good new towels in a big quantity, bath robes, basic toiletries, everything is clean. Beds are comfortable, pillows also. There are three terraces, one can also have a breakfast outside. There is a vacuum cleaner, a dishwasher and tabs, a washing machine with powder, and plenty of cleaning stuff.
It is 5-10 minutes walk to the sea, the beach there is sandy and quite OK, the water was very clean. In the cafe nearby, one can have sunbeds and umbrella - when ordering drinks or food. There are some shops around, big supermarkets are within 10-minute drive. There was a welcoming breakfast, beer, and 18 liter water.
All in all, we were very satisfied with the apartment, it was among the best we have stayed in. The price is excellent. Recommended! :)

We were a maximum of 7 with two kids, and it was a bit too small for us: it would be optimal for 4-6 persons. The sofas downstairs are a bit short, tall people will not feel comfortable there. There are some recommendations concerning the equipment of the kitchen. That's all that we could find. Great place in general, for the price - gorgeous offer!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Es klappt immer alles so unkompliziert, die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Alles ist sehr sauber. Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Danke ☺️

Czysty, nowoczesny dom, perfekcyjnie wyposażony , urządzony w stylu, który sprawia że czujesz się jak w domu. Lokalizacja domu pozwala na to żeby kilka kilka razy dziennie wybrać się do morza, pysznych restauracji, marketu czy starego miasta.
Gospodarz jest kulturalny i komunikatywny, a Pani Selma(sąsiadka) piecze najpyszniejszą domową chałwę na świecie.

House is very clean and facilities are brillant,kitchen is fully equitment for cooking, house site is secured and neighbours are friendly. 10 min. walk to sea and resturants.

Das Haus war sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet, Lage sehr zentral und Frau Selma( Nachbarin) hilfsbereit und sehr nett.
Prima war auch die Kaffeemaschine, das Wasser zum trinken bereit stand und Nahrungsmittel zum Start im Kühlschrank lagen.
Es fehlte uns an nichts!
Auch fand ich sehr gut, das wir nach Absprache, spät auschecken konnten.
Wir kommen wieder.

Informationen zur Bedienung von dem E- Gerät ( Herd ) und TV- Gerät wären sehr hilfreich.

Schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Lage.

Ein sehr schönes großes Haus. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Für Familie mit Kindern perfekt. Aber auch für eine erwachsenen Gruppe passt gut. Gute Lage. Strand etwa 300 Meter entfernt.
