+ A beautiful luxurious hotel with everything you need and a nice beach. The staff is exceptional and greet their guests with a very warm welcome. Our two kids got amazing gifts from the hotel. I totally recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, great location, great breakfast, awesome staff.
+ Beautiful hotel with great location. Rooms are very big and tastefully decorated. You actually feel like you're in the middle east! The breakfast was AMAZING. The staff absolutely wonderful.
− The kids club is quite small - just a room (no windows) with some games. But its ok. The beach water was very hot but that has to do with the weather...nothing the hotel could do about it in August!

This was such a wonderful experience that I will definitely make it an annual visit!
+ The staff was exceptional, and I truly loved every interaction with them. From the moment I walked through the entrance until check-out, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and engaging. They made my entire stay so much more enjoyable, fun, and memorable! The food was also fantastic, and breakfast was definitely the highlight of my stay. I had requested a quiet room away from families with children, and the team took my request seriously. They made sure I had the peaceful and private experience I was looking for by placing me in a secluded villa, which I truly appreciated. A big thank you to Agustina, Bandar, Naomi, Ahmed, Mahmoud, and all the other amazing staff members whose names I may have missed. You all made my stay truly special!
− The spa, particularly the massage rooms, could use some improvement. The massage bed was positioned directly in front of the air conditioner, which was quite uncomfortable and contradicted the relaxing, healing experience I expected. Additionally, the therapist would benefit from further training in both massage techniques and customer service to provide a more professional and attentive experience.

+ The hotel is beautifully designed in the style of a traditional Qatari village, drawing inspiration from the refined elegance of a Sheikh’s palace. From the moment we arrived, we have experienced exceptional five-star service throughout the hotel. From the doormen and receptionists to the public relations team and housekeeping staff, everyone has been remarkably attentive, welcoming, and professional. We chose this five-star hotel primarily for its private beach and its convenient location, just 15 minutes from the airport. The level of service by the pool is equally impressive. The moment you arrive, the attentive staff provide fresh towels and a cooler box filled with chilled water, allowing you to simply relax and enjoy your time. It is these thoughtful details and consistently high standards of service that truly elevate the overall experience. We have also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, which offers an excellent and varied selection. From freshly prepared pancakes and a variety of soups to an impressive assortment of fresh fruit, there is something to suit every taste. We were particularly delighted to find fresh papaya available, which was an unexpected and very welcome surprise. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a holiday in Doha. The combination of authentic Qatari-inspired architecture, excellent facilities, a beautiful private beach, and genuinely outstanding hospitality has made our stay exceptionally enjoyable and memorable.
