+ I had an amazing stay at Shangri-La Hotel in Abu Dhabi. I really loved the hotel's style, especially its elegant Arabic-inspired design and atmosphere. The hospitality was excellent, and I particularly appreciated how the staff would use a few Arabic words when speaking to guests. It was a nice touch that made the experience feel more welcoming and personal. Breakfast was amazing, with a great variety of delicious food, and everything we tried was really good. I also loved the variety of swimming pools. There are three pools, including two outdoor pools. One of them is an infinity pool, while another is on the second floor with a more private feel. One of the highlights of the stay was the boat ride through the canal inside the hotel. You can take an Abra boat, and the experience was really amazing and relaxing. It's free for guests, and booking it was very convenient. You just go to the reception, and the staff handle everything for you.

Exceptional staycation

+ Every thing is amazing Exceptional staycation you can dream off. The hotel is one of the luxurious ones. The staff are amazing , friendly and helpful with all the time smiling face. The food is delicious with different varieties. The rooms have every thing as other hotels plus stationary items and scissors. They have free abra tour. A small near by mall is available walking distance or the hotel provide free golf car ride.

One of my favourite hotels in Abu Dhabi and will definitely stay there again.

+ We loved the big size of the room and bathroom and that we had a view of the garden and beach. The twin beds were a bit hard, but then the hotel added some soft toppers for us to sleep better. Sofra restaurant was amazing with all the food choices and we loved the boat ride in the moat.

Peaceful and comfortable and made special by the warmth of all staff.

+ I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The breakfast room was beautiful, and the staff were extremely professional, attentive and helpful throughout my stay. I would particularly like to thank Sujeet Kumar Assistant manager, Ahmea, Exsa and Dickson I hope the names are correct. for their kindness and assistance. They made me feel very welcome, and I really appreciated the care and attention they gave me at breakfast every morning. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable and memorable. Excellent service makes all the difference, and I am very grateful. Also thank you Brahma ,housekeeper, and Afsa at the pool side. And Kamal with all the gym staff. And all the staff at the hotel inside and outside.

Whenever we return to Abu Dhabi, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

+ We spent 6 wonderful nights at Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri. The hotel is breathtaking both inside and out. We fell so in love with the place that we even extended our stay by an extra night! We got married in Abu Dhabi, so this was also our honeymoon. The hotel team surprised us with stunning room decorations, a lovely congratulatory cake, a special welcome set, and a complimentary room upgrade! On our wedding day, we took the Afternoon Tea Abra boat ride with champagne and delicious bites an absolute core memory. Even though we traveled around the UAE for a week, we returned to Shangri-La on our last day before our late-night flight. When we arrived back after a week, they remembered us immediately! On our departure day, they gifted us a bottle of wine and a cake the level of hospitality here is truly exemplary. Special thanks to the amazing team: Brahma (Housekeeping): Thank you for the spotless cleanliness, great attention to detail, and kindness! Essam (Sofra Restaurant): Thank you for your exceptional professionalism and hospitality! Renáta: It was such a warm welcome and a delight to speak a few Hungarian words with you! The breakfast is rich and varied, and the private beach is wonderful. The location is ideal: about 15 minutes by taxi from the airport, very close to the Grand Mosque, and easy access to downtown.
