Hotel was good location
+ Convenient hotel in old city and good access to major sites. A taxi shuttle is provided from the international airport to the location for free charge. The hotel provided a very good breakfast in the morning from 9 am. In the event that you order a suite room it’s actually located at another hotel within five minutes walk. Also noting this hotel is on Google Maps under the name of Shazali Museum Hotel.
− Bathrooms are needing some care and attention to remove black mould around tile sealant. On my first night my room was not made and ready and was told there was a technical problem. I therefore stayed in a large apartment for the remaining second third and fourth night. I was in the hotel but placed them into a budget double room. I was pleased that the Manager provided a refund for the difference and included a return shuttle taxi to the international airport.
