اقامت خانگی Shahan Residence

Un logement propre et moderne, un hôte très réactif. Je recommande. Merci beaucoup

+ La propreté et l'emplacement

− Tout était parfait

A spacious, peaceful, and comfortable home-away-from-home with a very helpful and responsive host.

+ We really enjoyed our 3-night stay from August 5–8. The residence was spacious and comfortable for our family of three, and the quiet neighborhood made our stay peaceful and relaxing. We especially appreciated the host, who was always available and guided us well when we were trying to reach the residence. It truly gave us a nice home-away-from-home feeling.

− The only difficulty we experienced was locating the residence. There is no visible name on the building, so it took us some time to identify the correct place. It would be helpful to update the location details on Booking.com and/or include the building number clearly so future guests can find it more easily. Other than this, we had a very pleasant stay.

Excellent

+ Nothing to say, would recommend ++ Facilities are great, washing machine, kitchen etc. There is a small supermarket 2 min by foot. Clean and big apartment Great value for money

Beyond my expectation

+ Stay at Shahan's villa is one of the best choice I've made. The host is extremely friendly and helpful, waited for my checkin at 2am in the morning. The rooms are SPACIOUS, everything is new and clean. I have my own keys to open the gate and room. Two big ass bottles of water as welcome. There is kitchen and laundry rooms to use. Groceries are very close. Location is prime, has quite a view of the town cause it is on a hill, not too far from Mutrah. I feel like I actually live here in Oman for a while. Love the place so much

− I find nothing to complain

Excellent

+ صاحب المکان فی قمه الذوق

The host was kind and helpful.

+ Quiet and clean

Are you looking for a place where you can relax and be quiet, far from malls and noise? It’s here.

+ Warm welcome, eager to serve and offer their clients the best they can. Approachable, kind and smiling so even though English is a bit limited, it compensates more than enough.

− The internet inside my room on the 3rd floor was very unstable and very weak so couldn’t work properly.

Great stay!

+ Great stay! The staff were very friendly, everything was super clean, and the price was worth it. The location is also very convenient. Highly recommended!

Recommended!

+ This property is very well maintained, with a high standard of cleanliness and consistently professional, friendly staff. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utilities, including an air fryer, and the AC makes cooking comfortable. The high ceilings and huge room create a spacious atmosphere. There is also an additional TV room available for guests, which is useful for watching movies without disturbing others. A dedicated laundry room is available and free to use, which is a great advantage.

A very good place to have privacy and short stay.

+ Arrangements were good. clean room, good facilities. Prefer to stay in again, as need arises.

− Misguiding Location in Map.
