+ Comfortable, classy, quiet, home vibe, great staff and good facilities
− The food menu in the restaurant could be better...and a centralised billing system is .ore convenient..... otherwise you've to carry your wallet all the time.

Really cute and affordable hotel
+ I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel feels cosy and boutique, the rooms are lovely, and I can honestly see this becoming my go-to hotel whenever I’m in the city visiting friends.
− There was also construction taking place directly next door. To the hotel’s credit, I didn’t hear any construction noise from the room, so the soundproofing was excellent. However, I was quite surprised when I opened the curtains in my robe and realised the construction site had an almost rather direct view towards the room! A little advance notice would have been appreciated, particularly for privacy.

Love the room cozy ,quiet ,artistic interior of khaliji culture with continental values I love it
+ Is so centered ..easy acess to major and even minor places ..transportation is so easy and the location gives u options of exploring the city ..either by taxi or public transport or the metro .

+ The place is purely family environment. Breakfast with good discount. Coffee was perfect. Ms Sara in reception was great support. Mr sourov was always with full support. Thanks to all started from security through restaurant, coffee top roof facilities team

Enjoyed my Stay
+ I really enjoyed my stay at Shada Hotel Dubai. The hotel is beautiful, the service was great, and I especially loved the room design — it felt stylish, cozy, and unique. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience.
− The only downside was the noise insulation, as we could hear people in the hallways and from neighboring rooms. It was a bit disturbing, especially at night, and made it difficult to sleep at times.
