Seva provided a splendid base for my conference trip.
+ A conveniently located and well-equipped studio rental. I was very comfortable and in fact wish I could have stayed longer! Staff was available 24/7 on messenger services and in person, which is remarkable.
− While the "Seva" sign is clearly visible from the alleyway entrance, it's not easy at first to pick the right way into the housing block. A chair was also missing, which is curious. Otherwise fully satisfied.

I truely recommend this hotel. For my there was such a lovely experience
+ The staff are nice, polite and willing to help. The room was clean and comfortable (before we arrive they had turned on the AC so the room had a good ventilation and tempreture).
− The location is a bit far from city center. The hotel does not have an elevator (our room was on the 3rd floor).
