Excellent

+ I was happy with the overall experience.

− The shampoo and soap dispensers were quite poor quality. They didn’t work properly when pressed.

Excellent

+ Car parking available always, clean, comfortable, and staff are good!

Overall, I had a wonderful and memorable stay thanks to the warm hospitality.

+ This was my first time staying in a boutique guesthouse, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly from the moment I arrived. They sent clear and detailed check-in instructions in advance, making everything easy to find. They also kindly helped me carry my luggage to my room. Their warm hospitality, constant smiles, and willingness to help made me feel comfortable and at home throughout my stay. Thank you for such a pleasant experience! 😊

− The only thing I missed was having a TV in the Queen Room. Adding one would make the room even more comfortable, especially for guests who want to relax and unwind in the evening. Other than that, everything was excellent.

I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it, and I would gladly return again in the future.

+ This was my second stay, and I decided to extend my visit because I truly enjoyed my experience. The hosts continued to be incredibly welcoming, kind, and always greeted guests with a smile. They were attentive, helpful, and made me feel at home throughout my stay. The guesthouse was clean, peaceful, and well maintained. Their excellent hospitality is the main reason I chose to stay longer. Thank you again for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable!

− Honestly, there was nothing significant to dislike during my second stay. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to add a TV to the Queen Room for guests who prefer to relax with some entertainment in the evening. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I had another very pleasant stay.

Exceptional

+ I had a wonderful stay at Serenity stay in Abu Dhabi. The hostel is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything

− Nothing.

Good price that came with good quality! It’s very rare to see that!

+ I like the price and the clean room. The water pressure and temperature ware really good! The room was clean. I got hotels experience and I will definitely come back if I came to Yas island.

− I didn’t face anything that I didn’t like! But I will recommend to label the kitchen drawers to make it easy yo navigate. One thing I didn’t like is the location navigation, I think Google Maps took me in a very long path.

Exceptional Hospitality and a Luxurious Stay ⭐

+ I had an excellent experience at Serenity Stay in Abu Dhabi. From the moment I arrived, the host gave me a warm and professional welcome. Throughout my stay, they were always available, friendly, and happy to help with any request, making my stay smooth and comfortable. The villa is located in a beautiful, newly developed area of Abu Dhabi and offers a luxurious atmosphere. Everything was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and prepared to a very high standard. The attention to detail and overall quality of the accommodation truly stood out. Although I stayed for only one night, I genuinely enjoyed every moment of my stay. I highly recommend Serenity Stay to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay in Abu Dhabi. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
