آپارتمان سرا هومز کالیچی اولد تاون

Pleasant

+ The room was absolutely beautiful, with very nice furniture and a wonderful atmosphere. The hotel is located in an incredibly charming old town, which made the stay feel even more special. It is also right across from an amazingly delicious and affordable restaurant and a lovely coffee shop, which was very convenient. Communication with the staff was very pleasant throughout the stay. I also especially appreciated the bathroom, which was both comfortable and beautifully designed. Overall, the hotel had a really lovely atmosphere and many details that made the stay enjoyable.

− The air conditioning was not working very well. It felt like it was only cooling halfway and struggled to cope with the 35°C heat. At night it was a bit too warm because the bedroom did not cool down enough.

★★★★★ Amazing location—quiet yet central!

+ I still can't figure out how this place manages to be so peaceful while being right in the heart of the old town. It was incredibly quiet at night—we slept like babies. The location is unbeatable: just a 5–8 minute cab ride to the public beach entrance (Beach Park), with plenty of amazing restaurants nearby. Everything we needed was within easy reach. Perfect for anyone who wants to be close to the action but values a good night's rest. The host was available 24/7 on WhatsApp and always responded instantly. When we accidentally left our room keys inside, they provided immediate help and sorted it out within minutes—such a relief! Highly recommend!

− One small issue—the sink tap wasn't working properly during our stay, but it seems like an easy fix and didn't ruin our experience. I'm sure the hosts will sort it out quickly.

Excellent

+ The location is perfect + the view from the terrace. The bed was also very comfortable.

Pleasant

+ Location is fantastic

− Noise of an evening

Very Good

+ Nice spacious spacious apartment. I loved the Location and the buzz at night. Perfect spot for tourists!

− All was good but some construction criticism. Update kitchen utensils for a more welcoming cooking experience for long term guests like myself.

Comfortable

+ It was very well located.

− Everything was really great, I highly recommend. If I come back I will definitely book again with them.

Excellent

+ The location is amazing. Comfortable beds. Prompt customer service.

We enjoyed our stay and are planning to come back.

+ Very good location in the old city, but just one block from Attatuerk Cad. The apartment's kitchen is equipped with a washing machine.

− Due to the proximity to Cafes and Restaurants it was sometimes a bit loud at night.

Close to perfect

+ Very friendly host. Service was very good, as well as communication.

− The shower head can be replaced. It doesn't cost much, and for us it's very important to have a decent shower. Also there were not enough cups/mugs to drink from in the room. But these are just minor issues. It didn't have a big effect on our stay.

Great location, helpful host, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

+ Great location in the heart of Old Town! Sera Homes Kaleici is perfectly located—steps from Antalya’s main attractions, shops, harbor, public transport, and even a night shop right across the street. The apartment is comfortable, with a working fridge/freezer, efficient air-conditioning, and a well-equipped kitchen for basic cooking. The host was easy to reach via WhatsApp and very helpful—he even provided a needle and thread kit on request! Super responsive and thoughtful. Note: It can be noisy at night, so light sleepers may want earplugs. There's no traditional reception, but check-in via a locker was smooth, with help from the sushi place downstairs. Would stay again for the location and convenience.

− We only got one roll of toilet paper and one trash bag, which wasn’t quite enough. Also, during hot days (30–35°C), tourists may shower multiple times, so it would be great if fresh towels were provided proactively. That said, we asked for extra towels and they were delivered the same day—amazing service!
