+ Die Anlage war sehr kinderfreundlich. Das Programm war jeden Tag das gleiche aber es war trotzdem schön für die Kinder . Das Essen war auch teilweise sehr gut aber vereinzelt auch ein paar Gerichte die nicht so toll waren . Aber das ist natürlich immer Geschmacksache . Die Anlage war im großen und Ganzen sehr harmonisch und hat Urlaubsfeeling verleiht .

− Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft sehr dreckig . Schimmel im Bad und Ameisen im Zimmer . Teilweise auch kaputte Gegenstände, wie zb duschkopf und mückenschutz an der Terrassentür . .

Gluten Free Food / Personal / Room

+ They have real Gluten free food, on request. No cross contamination. Really safe. In some restaurants they offer imported alcohol. In every restaurant there was QR codes for menu, and allergens 👍🏻 Personal in the hotel were amazing, friendly, helpful. Chefs in the restaurant were really good and make us gluten free pancakes. Nice evening program in Atrium, I really enjoyed every night. Always something to see, good for kids too! Special thanks to Guest relations Can🤵🏻‍♂️ Beautiful garden, pools, threes, palms, flowers, nice beach. Mostly sandy beach in front of the hotel. Areal always nice clean like in paradise. Wifi works everywhere, once you log in it stays forever connected, and fast. Room was nice, clean, smaller balcony. We had a sea view room. +The best Thai massage

− I do not like Taxi back to the Airport on last day. Company: BlackCab. They have co-operation with hotel. Taxi driver said that we destroyed LED lights in the interior of his car 🫪. The second beach was not that nice, mostly mix sand and small stones. And looks dirty because of nature made parasol (sunbrella). Leaves were falling to the ground, and it looks little bit dirty. Sometimes you have to wait longer for drink on the bar. Sometimes really long. I advise the hotel have self service corner for soft drinks and beer.

Exacent resort

+ Totul este superb , de la nenumeroase piscine pe categorii, locuri de joaca pentru copii, mancare difersificata, personal amabil si respectuos.

− Scara interiora de la topogane din parcul acvatic trebuie reconditionata si pun covor antiderapant pe scari, plaja de nisip de la malul marii ar trebui sortata de pietre.

Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

+ Das Personal war sehr freundlich, vor allem Herr Can von den Guest Relations, aber auch das Bedienungspersonal. Große Anlage, aber alles nahe beieinander.

− Die Säuberung der Zimmer und die ganz schlechten Getränke. Cola Fanta etc. ist so ein Sirup Mix und echt nicht genießbar.

A great value for money family hotel with everything that you may need.

+ The property is set in beautiful grounds and has plenty to do for everyone in the family. The hotel is family orientated and caters for everyone. It will take an entire week to explore all that it has to offer. Customer relations go out of their way to resolve any issues you may have.

− Not much, it ticks all the boxes for a good family holiday.

Rökande Hotell

+ Personalen var trevliga, speciellt dem som städar och den som jobbar i restauranger. Hotellet är fin och jättestor. Mycket att göra för alla typer av gäster. Maten var god. Rummet var fin, AC , ren och fräsch. Fina stränder Fina pooler , inomhus och utomhus. Barnaktiviteter och lekland.

− Receptionen var ej adekvata, kunde inte svara på frågor. Blev lätt irriterade. Mycket rökning , typ överallt. Direkt vid entren möts man av rökning. Rökning vid pool, stränder, utomhus restauranger och lekplatser för barn. Rekommenderar inte för dem som inte tål rökning, passar perfekt för dem som röker mycket. Anex- tour arangör rekomenderar inte. Personalen inte alls proffesionella. Vi kom överens om att kontakta dem på WhatsApp för att ordna taxi tillbaka till hotellt men den svarade inte på Whatsapp.

Exceptional all inclusive resort 3 adults and 5 children - 10 nights

+ We booked 2 villas which accommodated 8 persons. Each room had a extra large king size bed, queen bed and bunk beds. The rooms were also came with a balcony and fridge. The fridge was stocked daily with complimentary drinks. On our arrival, check in took around 15 minutes. The food at this hotel was exceptional. Their are many options to dine around the hotel from the main dining hall to table service restaurants. You were never far away from a bar/drink/food station. 3 days into our 10 day stay we were proactively approached by a member of guest services to check how we were getting on. This was very unexpected and I was pleasantly surprised to see such motivation to ensure we were happy at the hotel. The rooms were cleaned each day at the same time. The whole room was cleaned and all towels replaced. The children's swimming pool is sandwiched between the tall slides and the small water park. I could keep an eye on all the children from the pool. Our children absolutely loved the slides. Entertainment was varied each day. We have visited many resorts over the years, I have not seen a kids club as large and specialised than the kids club at this resort. It felt like you were at a small children's activity centre/youth club than a hotel kids club. Staff all around the hotel were very welcoming. I forgot our cleaners name, she was very helpful and on time every single day. The hotel was busy with guests from around the world, no single group was over representated. We felt this was lovely as its important for children to mix with other children from around the globe. This review would not be complete without mentioning Can, who works at guest relations. He met us every other day, allways checking we had everything we needed and gave some good advice regarding our day trip to Lands of Legends.
