Just across the road from Patong Beach, Seaview Patong Hotel is around 5 minutes’ walk from the town center. Phuket’s main town is a 25-minute drive away. The air-conditioned rooms feature a private balcony with a sitting area. Each room is equipped with cable/satellite TV, a safety deposit box, and coffee or tea making facilities. Private bathrooms come with a bathtub and shower. Guests can exercise in the fitness center. The reading room is great for quiet moments. Loved my stay .

+ I really liked the view from the balcony.we were on the 4th floor ocean view .pool was the perfect temperature and plenty of sun beds. The egg station was the best I have ever seen and his omelet was the most delicious I have ever tasted.

− Having to go past the pools ,it would be nice to have the gate open near the second pool for customers staying down the other end.

− Sorry to say,We love staying here,We have stayed quite a few times,But this time I really found it hard as most days see a rats on the property.We haven't seen them before.I was not the only one that saw them.There was a lot of people talking about it. I really think it would be great to see the room up dated.The bathrooms are getting very sad.Shower over bath is not the best.But many thanks yo all,The lovely birthday wishes for my husband was just lovely.

− Noise from breakfast chairs grinding on floor when moved. Put some covers stoppers on legs/feet of chairs.

Great hotel for the price. Far enough to be quiet but close enough for the shops.

+ The room was spacious and clean. The two pools were clean and easily accessible. The breakfast was filled with lots of options. Location was great. It was close enough to restaurants, shops, and bars but was on the quiet part of the area.

− The hotel lobby was far from our rooms so we had to walk through both of the pool area and up multiple flights of stairs to get to our rooms. It would have been nice to have more elevator access throughout the different part of the hotels.

This motel with its Thai style charm is situated in a great location and offers great value for money.

+ This is the third time we have stayed here. It’s great value for money with a great breakfast and all the usual expected amenities. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. The motel is very clean. It’s quiet and in a great location within walking distance to the town centre and beach. There are also many good restaurants close by.

− Unfortunately the motel is now looking a bit tired overall. The shower is over a bath which was a bit awkward getting in and out of for someone with mobility issues. The mattress very firm (and uncomfortable for me). The wifi was not very reliable so we ended up getting a data sim. There’s was also a strong fish smell that’s quite noticeable at breakfast- that comes from the fishermen cleaning their catch across the road. Also, they allow people to smoke around the food service area.

Very Good

+ Location was very good, quiet enough place even doh your close to everything,, staff were nice (not all spoke English but we weren't in an English speaking country)

− The rooms weren't great,, definitely not 4 star,, back door at the balcony didn't close properly never mind lock,, the dust over the top of the bed is at least a year old,, the rooms need an upgrade but ye get what ye pay for i suppose,, cheap and cheerful
