Not satisfied at all
+ Very disappointing experience. The reception staff was extremely rude, with no proper greeting. The cooker doesn’t even work, and there is no washing machine or dining table. We were told that if we cooked, we would be fined. When we asked to speak to the manager, she initially said there was no manager. After going back and forth, she finally let us speak to him, and he agreed with our concerns. However, after he asked to speak to her, she told us to leave and threatened to call the police. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.
− The stairs are uneven and very dangerous, especially for children and elderly people.

Pleasant
+ Pool only
− The location wasn't convenient, as there were no shops near the hotel. I also wouldn't recommend the elevator—it wasn't satisfactory. The hotel is more of a residential-style property than a traditional hotel, which may not suit everyone's expectations.

Value for money residence
+ Location is good. Near to Patong city but away from noise. Great big swimming pool. Allowed to keep luggage after checkout. And used pool and washroom.
− It is not a hotel. It is residences. Can’t compare to a 4* hotel. Power outage was there. Wi-Fi was not available for few hours. No lift. Didn’t provide water bottles on the check out day.
