Great location , friendly staff but questionable value for money for what is offered.

+ The location was good easy access to central Yerevan. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were a decent size. Flexible booking arrangements.

− Hotel needs some upgrading and a facelift. No elevator, very basic interior and a safe that that wasn't bolted down. You can get a lot more for you money elsewhere in the city.

+ The only advantage is the location

− It is an old-fashioned hotel, very simple and not having an elevator would be a disaster. Furniture and facilities need to be replaced or repaired. It is not satisfying clean.

Scam - avoid

+ Nothing except for the location

− This place is a scam. Don't book it. When we arrived we were told the hotel is overbooked and that we need to upgrade to a better room and pay 350 euros. We said no and left. Luckily we could still cancel free of charge on the same day. The person at the desk was incredibly rude and very uncomfortable to deal with.

+ Location It was quiet and convenient.

− Paper thin walls. The room I was in, I could hear all the talking and TV on the next room. No lamp on the nightstand. Had to cross the room to turn off the lights.

Avoid at all costs

+ The only positive thing to this property is the location

− Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. Firstly, when I arrived, the receptionist was sleeping at the reception desk. When I entered my room, I found that the bed sheets were dirty. I immediately asked for them to be changed, but this was only done the following day. The situation became even worse after check-out. I requested a full invoice at reception and was told that it would be sent to me by email. I never received it. I then contacted the hotel through their WhatsApp number, but my messages were ignored. When I tried calling, my calls were ended. I eventually called from a different phone number, which they answered, and once again I was assured that the invoice would be sent. It still was not. Most concerningly, after my departure, I noticed that my Booking.com reservation, which was originally for four nights, had been changed in the system to only one night. Despite staying and paying for four nights, I still have not received the correct full invoice for my stay. The combination of poor cleanliness, unprofessional service, lack of communication, and the unexplained alteration of my Booking.com reservation after check-out is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. I would strongly advise other travellers to avoid it.

Would not come back.

+ The hotel had a great location.

− It was relatively clean, but there was a lot of mould in the grout around the shower. At check-in, we were asked to pay in cash if possible. We didn’t have any with us, so we agreed to withdraw money and pay in the following days. The next day, staff knocked insistently on our door and demanded payment, even though we had already explained the situation. Overall, it wasn’t worth it.

+ Расположение отличное, самый центр

− Нет штор в номере, номер был в мансарде, постоянно был риск удариться головой ночью. Был шум с улицы, в комнате не было штор. В ванной воняло канализацией, плохой напор воды, сломана душевая кабинка.

lo consiglio vivamente

+ posizione ottima. centralissimo quindi molto valido per raggiungere luoghi a piedi e con taxi. Personale gentile ed efficente, supermercato adiacente quindi comodo per acquisto di necessità quali acqua e/o frutta

Высокая цена только за расположение, все остальное не дотягивает.

+ Отличное расположение в самом центре города.

− Общее ощущение неухоженности. В номере был сломан кран в душе, замена заняла время.

Non ho potuto soggiornare pur con prenotazione confermata

+ Al nostro arrivo, dopo aver prenotato con Booking ed aver ricevuto i codici e la conferma di prenotazione l’hotel era pieno e abbiamo dovuto cercare , con fatica, un’altra sistemazione. Attenzione quindi…
