Overall, very happy with the room, but was a slightly rougher in person that what the photos showed

+ Not too far out of centre, not too close in to noise, easy walk to Bangla, close to everything we needed, right on the fringe of the action meets quiet. The Balcony from our room was perfect for watching the beach, people and traffic whilst having a cold beer each day. A good value room.

We got changed rooms as has ants in the first room, so that was nice of the staff.

A quaint accommodation nestling inside Patong Beach & near Bangla Road made for a convenient stay if you want good v

+ It was conveniently located at Patong Beach near Bangla Road in Patong which makes for easy shopping, good vibes & food. The accommodation itself is above the restaurant so we could easily go down & get food there.

− Because it’s so close to popular Patong Beach it can get quite busy & noisy around the accommodation. We also hoped the restaurant food especially breakfast could be included in the accommodation price at least. The language barrier with the staff made making requests a struggle , our booking very confusing, rooms were mixed up, they didn’t do proper room cleaning & my mom’s personal towel got lost in the switching of rooms & couldn’t help us find it.

+ Really nice staff! Very amazing, smily people who always will help you. And of course location, beach and 7/11 in 2 minutes walk, everything is near

− Unfortunately, we had bad room. I saw other rooms and there are really good in this hotel but it is not about our. Firstly, when you open window there is a big kitchen hood from the restaurant. And you can imagine that all day and half on night it works. We were ready for the noise from streets but not for this. Who created to make people stay here?! When you open balcony - there is smell and sound from the kitchen. Next is - cockroaches. During stay I saw only 2-3 small but ok. But I write it because on my last day, I wear my shirt and on my shoulder was the biggest I’ve ever seen cockroach like half of my hand. It was disgusting And unfortunately no feeling that it’s new, everything specially shower, doors and etc is old. So I put 6 just for the amazing staff who always keep our mood good and care about us as possible as they can I can recommend this hotel if you will be lucky to book more expensive room
