AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST, Misleading listing, a surprise charge, and no accountability.
− The listing explicitly advertised a PRIVATE kitchen. In reality, the kitchen was shared with FOUR OTHER ROOMS. A shared kitchen is a completely different arrangement, and we would not have booked this property had it been described honestly. We also told the owner before arrival that we would arrive late. He assured us this would not be a problem, then charged us an additional late-arrival payment when we arrived. That charge had never been disclosed to us. We raised the kitchen issue as soon as we entered. The owner brushed us off, so we contacted Booking.com and wishing to leave right away. Booking.com told us to wait 24–48 hours while it contacted the property and awaited a response. We stayed two nights while following those instructions and pursuing a resolution. Booking.com later told us the property had decided to take no give us the refund. Other reviews have mentioned similar concerns, which makes this experience even more frustrating. Guests should be able to trust a clear description of what they are paying for and expect a serious response when something is wrong. Cleanliness was also a huge concern. If you're looking to book the place because of the amenities, just look elsewhere, because of the sharing situation, washing machine is always loaded, dishes are not cleaned, there's only one pot and one pan which was also being used and not being cleaned when we were there, you will be paying for no amenities. Advertising a private kitchen, providing a shared one, and then refusing to put things right is unacceptable. We would never book this property again.
