+ The apartment is in a fantastic location. You can see Nizami Street from the balcony, and it also has a beautiful sea view. We would like to thank the host for making our trip even more enjoyable.

Avoid booking

+ It’s very close to nazimi street . Like 150 mtrs. There is a pakistani cafe and an excellent super market around . They gave us early check-in

− Really dirty , not equipped at all , lots of facilities are broken , tv doesn’t work . The manager was arrogant , says he is available 24 * 7 but then doesn’t pickup unless you message on booking. And then get upset on us why are you messaging on 2 places . There was no mention of cleaning charges in description . But on arrival asked for 55 Mannat but there wasn’t any cleaning done either . Frankly we felt disgusted staying in this place and were glad when we checked out

I traveled from the UK after a long flight, and my family traveled from Pakistan to meet me. We had been in contact with the owner on WhatsApp for about a month before our arrival, and I had also arranged an airport transfer through them. When we arrived at the property, two men were waiting for us. They said they were agents sent by the owner and informed us that the apartment we had booked a month earlier was no longer available. Instead, they offered us another apartment but demanded an additional 1,500 AZN, even though my original booking was for 850 AZN. When I refused, they told me they would request a free cancellation on my behalf. They asked for my phone, and I trusted them. Instead of requesting a free cancellation, they canceled the reservation as a same-day guest cancellation. They then left, leaving us with nowhere to stay. My family, including an 8-month-old baby, was left stranded with all of our luggage. While I searched for another hotel, they had to wait in a nearby park for almost three hours. We were all exhausted, hungry, and stressed after our long journeys, and the baby was crying throughout the ordeal. This trip was especially important because I was meeting my family for the first time in four years, and it was heartbreaking that our very first day was ruined by this experience. I later contacted Booking.com, but because the reservation had been canceled on the day of arrival, they explained that they could not waive the cancellation charges unless the property approved a free cancellation. Based on my experience, I felt completely misled by the way this booking was handled. I strongly recommend that future guests be very cautious before booking this property.
