Not very pleasant

+ I booked a large family room, but upon arrival, we were given two separate rooms one in the hotel’s main building and another in the building across the street. The room in the second building was very disappointing. It was dirty, uncomfortable, and had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Since we arrived early in the morning and were completely exhausted from traveling, we simply decided to stay and get some rest. I honestly didn’t have the energy to complain or request another room at that point. Another frustrating experience was the payment process. When I tried to pay by card, I was told that the hotel was experiencing some issues with its bank, so I had no choice but to pay in cash. The room in the main building was significantly nicer and more comfortable, but unfortunately, it wasn’t particularly clean either. Given all the positive reviews, I had much higher expectations. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing, especially in terms of cleanliness, room arrangements, and payment convenience. I expected much better.

+ Lokalizacja idealna , bo w samym centrum starego miasta. Obsługa miła , uczynna , kompetentna. Śniadania dobre. Ciekawy wystrój.

− Płaciłem za pokój 24m2 w dwoma pojedynczymi łóżkami i widokiem na miasto. Dostałem mały pokój z podwójnym łóżkiem, miniaturowa łazienka i widokiem na ścianę. Pokój zaraz przy recepcji, hałas niesamowity , dzwoniący w nocy dzwonek, głośni turyści, rano stukające talerze. No i bardzo kiepskie oświetlenie, panujący półmrok zarówno w pokoju jak i łazience.

+ Hotelul este foarte frumos, iar micul dejun a fost foarte bun și pe gustul meu. Personalul este amabil, zâmbitor și oferă servicii bune. Locația este foarte bună, aproape de centrul orașului și de transportul public. Mulțumesc pentru ospitalitate!

Cleanliness and Service

+ I appreciated the welcome service at the hotel. Icherisheher is a historical gem, and wandering through it makes you feel connected to the past for a moment. The cleanliness and service were excellent.

− The closure of roads and crossings due to the Formula1 event caused some inconvenience.

+ У меня были деловые встречи неподалёку и мне было очень удобно передвишаться без машины по округе. Старинное прекрасное здание и уютненькие комнаты впечатлили. Чувствовалось магическое вличние истории за стенами. Выход к основным воротам, откуда легко можно было сесть в тур.автобусы. вкусный завтрак простой, но вкусный👍

− Не было шумно, как хотелось бы увидеть в "итальянских кварталах" 🤭

Perfect location

+ We really liked this place. The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. We arrived in the middle of nigth, which was nk problem for them.
