Very nice area

+ The staff at reception was extremely supportive and helpful. Lot of choice at breakfast buffet. The room was a good size and the bed very comfy. Also very clean

− There could be a thermostat in the sauna and a clock. Also something to put the dirty towels after leaving the spa area

+ Her şey çok güzeldi. Personel çok yardımcıydı, otelden çıkış yaptığımız halde gün boyu valizlerimizin otelde kalmasını kabul ettiler. Personelin Türkçe bilmesi iletişim için iyiydi. Oda çok temiz ve lükstü, ihtiyaç duyacağımız her şey vardı.

+ Kahvaltı çok iyiydi, personel çok kibardı, otel yeni ve ferah, odayı ilk kez kullanılıyormuş hissiyatı veriyor, Hazreti İmam Külliyesinin karşısında konumu çok iyi.

− Odalar böyle kaliteli ve lüks bir otel için çok dar.

+ The hotel is very nice, well decorated and rooms are clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. Location is good, right next to the Islamic Civilization museum and old city of Tashkent. Quite and secure area. Places are available for outdoor parking if you drive or rent a car.

− 1. The hotel served only breakfast, even though lunch and dinner was mentioned on its page. If you enjoy sitting at your hotel lobby and sipping your coffee after a long day, you wouldn't be able to. I hope they will fix it soon. 2. The pillows - very uncomfortable. 3. Location - it is a nice locaiton, but if you prefer a more lively neighborhood with lots of restuants and cafes in walking distance, this is not the right location. It is mostly quite and boring.

Ребята невероятно профессиональные, вежливые, добрые, внимательные и гостеприимные. Отель современный, атмосферный, всё новое, чистое и уютное. Вкусные завтраки. Расположение идеальное - 2 минуты до Центра Исламской Цивилизации. Заселили в просторный номер с красивым видом. Большое спасибо за такой теплый прием! 10/10

+ Отель отлично расположен — прямо рядом с Музеем исламской цивилизации. Завтраки хорошие, с большим разнообразием блюд. Но главная визитная карточка отеля — это персонал, который каждый раз встречает гостей стоя и с улыбкой. Также хотим отдельно поблагодарить девушку и парня, которые нас встречали и, так получилось, провожали (к сожалению, не запомнили их имена) — это настоящий образец работы на ресепшене. Отель абсолютно новый, всё продумано до мелочей, есть отличный СПА с бассейном. За 30 лет путешествий я видел много отелей разного уровня, и этот — пример идеального сочетания цены и качества.

− Very disappointing experience, especially for a newly opened property. Many of the amenities are still not functioning or available. The spa and gym are not operational, and after breakfast there is no coffee, tea, or even basic beverages available for hotel guests. If a property is not fully ready to provide the amenities it advertises, I don’t believe guests should be paying the full price. What made this even more disappointing was an experience I had in the main lobby. One day, I asked the front desk if I could get a coffee or tea because I could see several people sitting in the lobby eating and drinking. I was simply told, “No.” Naturally, I asked why those people were able to have food and beverages while I, as a paying hotel guest, could not. The response I received was that they were the owners of the property. I honestly could not believe that response. The owners can sit in the main lobby and have food, coffee, and beverages, but a paying guest asking for a simple coffee or tea is told no? That says a lot about the level of hospitality and customer service at this property. Additionally, I specifically booked a suite, but when I arrived, there was no sofa or coffee table in the room. When I asked the staff why a suite had no proper sitting area, instead of providing appropriate furniture, they brought in a table and chairs from an outdoor balcony area. So basically, my suite was furnished with an outdoor-style breakfast table and chairs instead of the proper furniture you would expect in a suite. This was very strange and definitely not what I expected based on the room category I paid for. The payment experience was also ridiculous. In order to pay for my room, they had to run my credit card through 8 different transactions. The staff kept blaming my credit card and saying there was a limit, which was simply not true. I was honestly surprised that their credit card terminal could not process even a $900 charge in one transaction.
