Old apartment, need proper upgrade and cleaning

+ There are quite a few food options around the area and the check in was quite seemless.

− The place is old and poorly maintained. The walls are peeling off and there's mold a bit everywhere. There's barely enough cutlery and cooking utensil or cleaning supplies. The couch is filthy and it the whole apartment has been cleaned on the surface but not properly e.g. when I bought a proper cleaning product, surfaces all of the sudden became cleaner. The facilities are also old and at some point the gym ceiling came down with water. Also as I was travelling for work, I have requested an invoice and the host initially said they would provide at the checkout and then naturally said they couldn't (and probably never had the intention to provide).

− Extra towels and pillows were an extra charge, Also clothes hanger on balcony was useless

+ Not very good

− The people didn’t cooperate they just don’t care about their guests.

Ok but not a lot nearby - have to get taxi or train to go anywhere.

+ Spacious

− Lacked afew items such as broom, another saucepan, afew ingredients such as salt pepper ketchup, water, sugar etc that could tie you over for 48 hrs. Swimming towels and spare pillows as only 2. Could do with a good spring clean with curtains, sofa. Aircon leaks into electrics which may be dangerous

+ Location is great, have many street food around, massage, taxi, bts etc etc

− Facility is quite old, room is not clean, walls dirty, cocroaches around (alive and dead), furniture is old and not comfy. The owner did not even provide bottle of water (imagine when you arrive after 15h flight) you realize there no water in the refrigerator. Water bottle in Thailand cost 7-10 thb. which is nothing. And they did not even think to provide for you simple thing. There is also no room service ,mind that if you stay long. Or you have to pay extra to make your clean room.

Great for a short stay

+ Great location, spacious and clean apartment.

− The furniture was a little old and could do with updating but it was clean and functional and good value for money so not really a complaint.

OK -- different than expectations

+ View was good. Pool was good.

− I think I got a different room that was shown in the listing. As soon as I got off the elevator and walked to my room, the smell of food was always there -- and not in a good way. Weight room was extremely small -- small enough for me not to want to workout.

Correct mais rien d'extraordinaire

+ propre, bonne literie

− aucun ustensile de cuisine, deux verres, une tasse. Aucun minimum comme seil, poivre, huile vinaigre.. Une seule carte sur deux fonctionnait pour debloquer l'ascenceur donc pas pratique quand on est deux et a Bangkok pour le travail en ayant pas les memes horaires.

Apartamento muy recomendado

+ Nos ha encantado el apartamento está en muy buen barrio con muchos restaurantes, cafeterías y buen acceso al metro y a todo lo que necesites . El apartamento está totalmente equipado y es muy agradable y bonito volveríamos sin duda

Incredible stay in Bangkok

+ We had a really great stay at this apartment in Bangkok. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped, and overall really nice. It also has beautiful views over Bangkok, which we really enjoyed. We felt super comfortable during our stay and truly felt at home here. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.

− I would say it is a bit far from the transport and the main areas of interest. Also, the check-in time was quite late (4pm) and there was no flexibility, which made it a bit less convenient.
