+ Arrived medeu directly fr the almaty airport. The hotel had made arrangement for a driver to pick us up at the appointed pickup point since the hotel could only be reach by certain few alloted vehicle and drivers due to roadwork and upgradings. Upon reaching the hotel a little bit earlier thn the allowed chck in time we get the opportune to hang out at nice spots around the hotel while ordering some light meals n coffees from the hotel coffee outlet. Upon chcking in, we were very much happy with the room. It is very comfortable, clean except the balcony which had lots of fallen leaves from the nearby trees. Dont mind that much thou wished the hotel at least kept a small broom and scoop for us to sweep it off ourselves. Every other things was awesome. The view, the weather, the location. Tq to the hotel n staffs.

− Wished we were able to get down to the stream below to enjoy the nature a lil bit more. Thou i understood that it could be for safety reasons, but certain percautions could be implemented. Seems a waste when u r located within reach of a nice stream but u r unable to fully enjoy it other than watching it afar only from the room's balcony.

+ Очень уютная комната и приятно было провести в ней время. Еще раз вернемся сюда

− Из еды в кафе рядом не понравился шашлык.

+ В целом отель очень понравился. Номер был комфортабельный, чистый, с террасой где можно посидеть и попить кофе, или позаниматься йогой. Вкусные и очень сытные завтраки.

− Было бы классно сделать тропинки к реке, протекающей рядом с отелем.

Приятное место для семейного отдыха в горах. Рядом начало мнодества трлпинок горных маршрутов.

+ Приятная обстановка, красиво, просторные номера, ужоьные матрасы, красивый аид на горы

+ Уютные домики, вкусный завтрак, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал! Прекрасная возможность отдохнуть от города и сходить в горы

+ Природа. Вид. Комфорт( я чисто про домики, в номерах не был). Чуткий и вежливый персонал.

+ Very cosy. The cabin rooms were smaller but waking up to snow in the mountains is priceless. The hotel manager, Fara? He was tremendously helpful, speaks English, nice and very accommodating to all 11 of us. He helped us with everything including bargaining the transport down to Almaty. Restaurant in the hotel was tasty

I would recommend this place for sure

+ I loved the location.... A little away from the crowded part but yet close to the skiing area... food was really very good....

− the rooom could have been done up a little better...
