If we visit Istanbul again this is where we will stay.
+ The staff went out of their way to assist us. The rooms were clean and above our expectations. I accidently left some medication behind in the bar fridge and they promptly notified me. They helped with organising transport as well as a lovely boat trip we went on.

Small, nice hotel in great location
+ Great location within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, many nice restaurants, etc. Great view of the ocean, especially from rooftop dining area. Nice breakfast.
− Guests do not receive a key to the door to the lobby, and you need to be "buzzed in" by the front desk staff to enter the lobby. When the front desk staff had to be away from the desk for 5-10 minutes one evening, we were not able to enter the hotel and go to our room until the desk clerk returned.

+ Wow!! Little gem in Istanbul, all attractions are with 20 minutes walk, many restaurants and parks nearby. The hotel has fantastic buffet breakfast and 24 hours tea available at top terrace with stunning view of the town and bosphorus River. The hotel is very clean with room service daily. Airport is around 50 minutes to 1 hours and the hotel also has Airport pickup and drop off on request.

+ The room was comfortable, with a nice view of the sea and a cute balcony. The air conditioning worked properly. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly.

+ I have stayed at this hotel before and I’d still highly recommend it. The rooms are cosy , the breakfast extremely varied and with friendly staff, wonderful rooftop views and it’s well situated .
− I noticed a couple of things time which I didn’t the last time ; I was given a room whose balcony was completely connected to the room next doors balcony which was slightly awkward and made it difficult to make use of it . I also wasn’t happy with the physical card only policy . I fortunately had my physical card at hand otherwise they can’t accept card payments or cash !! Strange policy !

+ I loved everything! My friend and I stayed here and had a great experience. The location is perfect — central, close to everything, yet quiet. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts were amazing — worth coming back for 😁 Breakfast is served on a terrace with a view of the Bosphorus. There is also a second terrace overlooking the city and its mosques. I would also like to give a special mention to the lovely woman who prepares breakfast every morning. It was also very convenient to leave our luggage after check-out and enjoy a few more hours in the city.
