Bazar, Emri and Toby on reception have excellent customer service, especially Bazar who made sure I was 100% comfortable
+ Good location, excellent staff and spotlessly clean everywhere.
− At peak seasons there may not be enough sun-beds. Saying that, the pool staff do rightly remove towels where people have tried to reserve sun-beds then are away for hours.

Great location, helpful staff and good swimming pool
+ Located across the road from the Lands of Legends which was great. Kids enjoyed the pool/slides. Breakfast was ok. We could leave our bags in the lobby as we arrived before check-in time.
− Strong odour in the bathroom. WiFi was a bit hit and miss.

+ Staff were incredibly be helpful. The pool was clean. Location was perfect.
− We had additional beds put into the bedroom and these were not comfortable to sleep on at all.

− We stay there 7 days .. we went to beach and we paid for 600 lira for 2 benches .. some of the guest got free bench ticket from Sarp hotel but for us nothing they provided .

Very good stay in a excellent location
+ Great hotel with very welcoming staff. Great swimming pool and enjoyable music while swimming. Good breakfast. Excellent location max 10min walking to land of legends making it very easy to beat the crowds in the morning or take a little break mid day
