+ The staff are exceptionally hospitable and accomodating. The hotel is in a great location in the heart of the lively Karakoy district. I would highly recommend this hotel, and would love to come back here.

+ The breakfast was generous! The view of the street and morning activities created a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel has a great classic vibe and is central to all the hustle and bustle of the area. The staff and owner were very helpful with my luggage and in arranging a taxi to the airport. I would definitely visit again :)

А unique, atmospheric stay with authentic vintage soul and a high level of service
+ We really enjoyed our stay at the Sarnıç Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful. Many thanks to the host, Hakan, and the whole team, especially the lovely Başak, and our guardian angels Resul, Barış, and Zekeriya. People make the place, and we were so lucky to be surrounded by such wonderful people! We felt safe, welcome, and truly valued. Everything we asked for was provided in no time, with genuine pleasure and warmth. The hotel itself is a great gem! The location is a solid 10/10, the breakfast was hearty and delicious, and our room was spacious and beautiful, with a comfortable king-size bed. I also loved the bathroom with its brand new fixtures. Everything in the hotel was spotlessly clean. + Very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant next door with easy booking of table. Nice Türkish dishes and entertainment. Very close to metro and shopping. Nice affordable neighborhood, as also for the locals. Would like to stay again. Just a boatride accross Bosphorus to the old city. An Istanbul-card is all You need.

+ We stayed at this hotel in Kadıköy – a great location with lots of cafés, shops, and the ferry just a short walk away. The staff were definitely the highlight of our stay: very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the atmosphere warm and welcoming.
− The only downside was that during the hot weather the air conditioning couldn’t quite keep up, so the room felt a bit warm. Overall though, thanks to the people and the lively area, the stay was a positive experience.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Kadiköy
+ Amazing location in the middle of Kadiköy with everything at walking distance. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They have good recommendations and even helped us rent a car. Overall a great experience and we would definitely come back again.

A Cozy and Well-Located Stay in Istanbul’s Asian Side

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the city center, surrounded by amazing restaurants, bars, and markets—everything we needed for our last days. Fantastic Location: The hotel is in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and enjoy the vibrant local scene. Helpful and Friendly Staff: The staff were great, always welcoming and ready to assist with anything we needed. Rustic Charm: The hotel has a cozy and traditional feel, adding to its charm. Assistance with Luggage: Though there is no elevator, the staff kindly helped us carry our heavy luggage to the second floor without any hesitation. Good Breakfast: A simple yet satisfying breakfast, just enough to kickstart the day.
− Things to Keep in Mind: No Elevator: As a rustic hotel, it only has stairs, so traveling light is recommended. If you have heavy luggage, the staff will help, but it’s something to consider.
