Enjoyed our stay in the this clean bright apartment.

+ The apartment was very nice and large. It had all the amenities we needed and was a welcome relief from staying in hotel rooms. We were able to do our laundry and have breakfast. Plenty of options for supermarkets and restaurants. We used it as a base to visit local archeological sites and it worked well for us. Parking available on the property and the street.

− Only small complaint was we didn't seem to have any shampoo and just a couple of bottles of shower gel. We had our own shampoo, and did not ask for any, but I'm sure it would have been provided. Anyway, there was dish and laundry soap (we also brought our own with us).

+ I had a wonderful stay at Sare Downtown Suites hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The rooms were cozy, and the air conditioning was amazing. The stove was perfect, the freezer worked really well, and the vacuum cleaner was also useful and in perfect condition. The building itself was clean, and the elevator was also clean and worked perfectly. The area felt very safe, and there were many food stores and shops nearby, as well as plenty of places to shop around the neighborhood. The only small problem we had was with the buses. Even though there is a bus stop nearby, sometimes we had to wait more than 15 minutes before a bus arrived. Other than that, everything was great. I also want to give a special thank you to the lovely woman who worked in the morning. She was very sweet and helpful, and she even called a taxi for us. The taxi cost 1,000 TL, from hotel to the airport and we really appreciated her help. Yiğit 3 Beach Club is about a 35-minute walk away or around 27 minutes by bus, and there are many food stores and other shops near the beach. Overall, we had a beautiful and comfortable stay. Thank you to everyone at Sare Downtown Suites for making our days so enjoyable and memorable. We really appreciate it!

+ I had a good stay for one week. The suite had kitchen facilities, which was very convenient. There are also two supermarkets close to the hotel. Overall, considering the price, it was a good suite and a good value for money.

Antalya gem

+ Everything. The staff, the room, the view, the room. Walking distance from all that matters with a taxi pickup at the door.

Great stay in Antalya!

+ We had a very pleasant stay at Sare Suites Downtown. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. The location is convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Excellent value for money and definitely recommended. We would happily stay here again!

I recommend for short and long stay.

+ The Location was great, staffs were kind helpful 🙂so calm place and all you need was available in short distance.There were bakery and supermarkets and local market 2 minutes by walking.

− Some equipments in the apartment was old and rusty( dishwasher) , air conditioner’s filter was moldy. We were there for almost three weeks and i think it would be great if they change the bedsheets and towels at least once a week without charge.

Decent value for the price, but the bedroom setup and cleanliness details need improvement.

+ For the price, this place is genuinely good value. The location is central and convenient, with easy access to Konyaaltı Beach and the main parts of the city. All the basic essentials are there.

− The bedroom wasn't a separate room — it was only divided by a wooden panel, which isn't clear from the photos. Sleeping there felt cramped and uncomfortable. The room is in an attic space with a low ceiling, so I hit my head fairly often. Also, whenever I came back after being out for 3-4 hours, there was an unpleasant smell in the room. The towels weren't clean and I had to wash them again myself. There were no slippers in the bathroom. The washing machine is old and gives no indication of when the cycle will finish.

Pleasant

+ It had air conditioning which is a must during summer time. Bust station was relatively close (although bus schedule is terrible). Plenty of local restaurants and supermarkets around. It's definitely worth the money, for what it offers.

− It wasn't all that clean, especially the bathroom, it looked like a lot of stains were left uncleaned. There was no window at the bathroom.
