+ Stayed in a refurbished room - a pleasant experience. Have stayed at this Hotel many times and once again enjoyed the experience. The Staff are outstanding - nothing is too much trouble. Ocean view rooms a must have. Great value for money.

Hotel is as expected, clean and good value for money. location to walking street and beach good
+ we have a 20yr history at this hotel, good to see the rooms are getting updated. Bathroom is modern and new. location is great for beach and walking street. parking is avail if you have car
− currently renovating floors 3 and 6. 3 is the pool level, while the pool is accessible for the menu and towels you need to go down to reception and return when finished. like all hotels they are currently very quiet.

− The pool was nice, but shallow and depth not marked. Also only one ladder, which went into the deep end.

Get what you pay for but I loved my trip and workers were always nice
+ I love the people who worked at sandy springs they were always friendly and always helped if I needed something and the protection to making sure everything was ok was excellent. Also the location was perfect for me
− I didnt like how uncomfortable the beds were. You cant tell by pictures but once we got there to find out it was to late. Also my rooms ac worked perfectly fine but my friends room did not and once he asked can they fix it it was to late because all rooms were booked so he kinda just had to deal with it that was a downside

+ Another enjoyable stay - I have stayed here many times before.The location is terrific, the ocean view rooms are.great - especially waking up to the view. The staff are always smiling and very helpful.

+ Very good hotel in this price range , been there probably 10 different times , and the hotel where I stay which gives most value for money and excellent and service minded staff and a great location
