great place to stay near the city centre
+ Best is the location and near by the major places but we stayed in apartment which was on 3rd floor.the staff lady was very nice as she heard about our marathon run and she gifted us chocolate .
− its 3rd floor no lift and we need to cross 3 gates but secured windows will get sun light as no much shade to cover

+ The hotel is good in term if service, location, facilities and price. It’s quite affordable, even for students, and rooms are comfortable and clean. I like this place, and usually stay in here when I’m in Almaty. Unfortunately, I haven’t taken any photo of the room in which I stayed yesterday.
