− It will be tough for me as if I start from reception there is a a dampness wall...I was in room no 404 room wall had dumpness, faucets was only working when tap is on. Not through the direct faucets. , kindly change' the bed sheet and pillow was smelly. Below the bed has dust...sofa was not cleaned. And worst part was for 2 person there was only 1 towel . Called many times at reception but not answered than in morning some how a lady picked up and sent me towel . I will not visit until they repair the room or else they have to mention that" room has dumpness wall..and you will be getting smelly Bed sheet and pillow cover. If hotel repair this problem than kindly inform me for further stay.

− we called many times for assitance but no one picked the call. Had to run to reception for any query. Also , there were mosquitos in the room

Value for money.

+ Friendly staff. Room size. TV, AC.

− Small bath room. Water dripping from guyser. Bedsheets were torn and not clean so Ist impression was bad. Staff changed them when asked. Parking was on the road. Approach was difficult.

Comfort stay

+ Room size, and size of geyser. It has to be 24/7 hot running water from solar water tank. 2 person need to take shower one by one than the 2nd person need to wait for 15-20 mints to get the water hot in geyser

− I would request property to raise the "Satisfaction" bar as compare to other hotel. If you are giving same thing what people are getting from Best western, Radisson Blu, Hotel Picaso. First changes I want property must do on Towel, as quality must speak the standard of your hotel. So soft touch towel. Second the cleanliness of the floor. Cushion of Bed. These Changes meet the delightful experience for customer. Also people will have recall to come back for stay.

Below expectations due to the fact I have stayed at other saltstayz that were very good.

+ Relatively clean but issues due to mud outside hotel being brought into foyer, lifts etc…

− Should have been informed that work is being undertaken outside hotel on new metro etc…Not pleasant environment once you walk out of hotel.
