Amazing stay for the whole family!

+ Everything! From check in to check out our stay was amazing! Great structure, food catered for our gluten-free needs and Recreation team lead by Khan was AMAZING! My daughter was very well taken care of by Lydia in the Pulpo Kids Club, Anna was great and always very attentive at the pool fitness classes snd the whole team was friendly and engaged. Pool and beach structure were very good too!

+ Water slides, beach, cleanliness and staff were very nice. Food was diverse and delicious. Our room had a very good noise isolation even it was close to the night party.

− Territory not super big however very well organized, gym could be a bit more spacious.

− Пляж. Дикая антисанитария. Толпы людей с курицами и кетчупом в тарелках, на которые слетаются мухи. Раздражают брошенные фрукты и отходы пищи

Entspannter Aufenthalt in einem luxuriösen Hotel

+ Super Angebot an Speisen und Getränken, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und man fühlt sich als Gast willkommen.

− Am Strand und am Pool war es für uns ein bisschen zu eng. Dies ist dem schmalen Grundstück des Hotels geschuldet, war uns aber bewusst.

− В принципе еды было очень много, очень мало было рыбы, почти не было. Эстетически блюда не вызывают желание съесть, какая то каша, по названию не понятно,что. Лучше было бы меньше Блюд, но хотелось бы попробовать.Да, еще все блюда не совсем свежие, несколько раз их выставляют. Это не очень хорошо и не вкусно. В вашем отеле отдыхают в основном русские туристы, хотелось бы учитывать и особенности русской кухни. А в основном все хорошо!👌👍

− Не вкусная еда совсем, хоть и большой выбор. На берегу с обоих сторон стройка. С одной пирс , с другой не понятно что-то

− Я не могу сказать что мне прям не понравилось, но было бы хорошо если бы детям дали более тёплые одеяло под утро приближали в нашу кровать

Turkish Delight

+ I was a bit hesitant to book this hotel due to the lack of recent reviews, but I’m really glad I did. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere, and I especially loved the lush green grounds full of plants. The room was spotless, with very comfortable beds and pillows (there’s even a pillow menu, which is a nice touch). The bathroom was excellent, with great water pressure and consistently hot water. Everything in the hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The kids absolutely loved the kids’ club and didn’t want to leave. Unfortunately, in April it was still too cold to swim in the sea or outdoor pool, but everything was clean and fully operational. We did enjoy the indoor spa pool though. The food was delicious and varied — especially the Turkish dishes and salad bar. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional without being intrusive, which I really appreciated. You can tell they work well as a team and care about the atmosphere. Evening walks along the main alley were especially приятными. We didn’t get to try all the hotel’s activities, but the gym has basic equipment and the spa center was decent.

− There are a few areas that could be improved, although they did not affect my overall 10/10 impression — we truly enjoyed our stay. 1. I wasn’t a big fan of the coffee. It tasted a bit bitter — this could be due to the beans, the machine, or simply personal preference. 2. For non-drinking guests, it would be great to see a wider selection of non-alcoholic, healthy beverages, such as fresh juices or smoothies. I'm not really into packed juices. 3. When booking a spa treatment, I wasn’t informed in advance that the massage therapist would be male. I believe some female guests might prefer to know this beforehand or be given a choice. That said, both the hammam and the massage were very professional. 4. The sauna temperature was quite low (around 50°C), which wasn’t really enough to fully warm up. 5. On the day of departure, our room key cards stopped working at 10:00, so we had to go to the reception to reactivate them, which was a bit inconvenient.
